So thus company has gone over beyond what I could've expected the bike is great for starters but nothing could top the customer service of tamobyke the are great and willing to help with just about and problem they are amazing

Great bike! Easy to assemble

I contacted your company 2 days after I placed my order before the bike had shipped that I made a mistake. I ordered the wrong bike. I was suppose to order V20. I sent 3 or 4 emails and never heard back from you. I will never order again and would be buying many through the years.

The manual to build the bike was NOT user friendly, and the pictures were in black and white making it difficult to make out some of the details needed to execute the build. Also, I called the customer number and reach a woman that I could hardly understand due to her accent and not only could she not answer any of my questions or help me, she either hung up or the call dropped not once but two times. 1 week after having the bike, the bike tube popped and I was stranded and needed assistants!

Customer service fas great the bike looks and works as advertised, got the wrong color but was taking care of and send the right color right away.

Good bike, good price! Easy to assemble! Very comfortable seat!

The bike is great it does what I need it to takes me and my girlfriend all over the city

Bought a v20 pro and am extremely happy with my purchase. Sometimes when buying products you have to choose between buying on Amazon or direct from the company with a discount. I saved about 100 dollars going directly to tamobykes ports.com over Amazon. I had an issue with my tire, sent one email and they sent out a new part. Very happy with the build quality of my v20 pro.

I bought 4 Tamobykes for the family and its been awesome for the last two months we've had them. I know longer have to wake up and take my kids to school (they ride their bikes), we take family rides together to the beach, etc. and they've been great so far. I highly recommend.

Tried to contact customer support and I never received an answer

Make sure you keep the link to ANY tamobyke you buy because they sent an envelope of random legos and claimed it was a fraudulent seller but we have proof it was them using walmart.com

Walmart.com doesn't allow Marketplace Sellers to be "hijacked" then proceed with business as usual, but that is what TamobykeSport is alluding to.

I'd like to remind TamobykeSport that we still have ALL the emails from you AND Smart Ride Technology, Ltd verifying they are your official seller on Walmart.com and we have the original links used to make the purchase.

Reports have been made to the Federal Trade Commission and consumer reporting agencies in over 60 countries. All you had to do was send what was paid for.

Since our complaint to TamobykeSport regarding the theft of our money, I unsubscribed from TamobykeSport.com e-list. I have received an unsolicited confirmation to join the list again, as well as multiple marketing emails which are considered harassment at this point.

As readers here can see here, TamobykeSport is requesting us to post pix, a site which doesn't afford the capability to post screen shots (yet) when using a laptop, of the emails, our responses to the emails, and their RETORTS to the emails. There is a treasure trove of warnings not to do business with this company or their confirmed representatives.

This company clearly believes the Consumer is too stupid to align their experiential facts, too lazy to follow-up with corrective action, and an easy target for continuing international fraud. They have your address, your card payment information, and your contact information. What can a foreign entity do with that information? Does any consumer reading this post feel confident placing this information in Tamobyke's trust?

ALL they had to do was send a bike that was paid for; they sent FREE bikes of the same model for YouTube reviews- we FACTUALLY paid for ours and they sent fake legos!

To add More information, when the shipment was late, they said they'd be including a "large box" of extras at the time of delivery!! From China!!! <- This is how stupid they think buyers are.

They are dismissive of the facts, want to perpetuate their fraud away from the eyes of The Public, and intend to continue their deceptive practices.

We are MORE THAN HAPPY to "prove" our experiences in public as an honest and valiant effort to save other buyers from such a criminal and purpose-driven company which seems to deem itself out-of-reach of the Law.

For consumer's further consideration, when searching ANY third party seller, ask yourself why Tamobyke on Walmart.com and Amazon shows hundreds of sales- so very many sales- and so very few- less than 10- product reviews, like we wondered for the T16.

After our ordeal, Walmart.com refused to allow us to review our rip off. Proud owners cannot wait to post a wonderful review.

Purchased the bike for my wife. She is 5,3 and a 110 pounds. The bike is perfect for her with lots of power. It even carried my son Inlaw who is 6,5 300 pounds with no problem. The bike came with a lot of extras and is really nice to look at. Couldn’t be happier

I am very upset with Tamobyke.
I ordered the bike on a friday through amazon. Paid $250 for shipping. On Amazon it says shipped, But on Fedex it says printed shipping label created which means nothing has been shipped.

I contacted Tamobyke in the morning of which took a whole day for a reply.
Temobyke explained that it's a delay because I ordered on a friday.

Delivery date 07/16/2025 - 07/182025
Shipping should be extremely fast as I live in the los angeles area and Tamobyke is located in El Monte Ca.

I check fedex tracking today, nothing still under printed shipping label, But amazon says shipped.

I'm very upset with this severely slow shipping, Don't make no sense and I live within 50 miles of Tamobyke. My ebike should be here 07/16/2025 of which I severely doubt.

I ordered a rear rack for my V20 ebike. It is very well built and came early. It would be helpful if there were dimensions for the accessories on the website. I messaged them for the dimensions and they responded within a minute. Overall a great experience. P.S. I love the bike, really good quality and it looks badass. People are always complimenting how well it is made, and how awesome it looks...

I just received my TamoByke T73 Pro Max - its a beast! Fast, powerful and very well built. It looks awesome too. Best bang for buck in the market, for sure. This is my second TamoByke and Karly from customer service is amazing.
