We are especially grateful for your kind words about Joseline. Planning a complex trip over six months, with several changes along the way, already requires patience and attention to detail, and accommodating an additional traveler at such short notice while trying to align his itinerary with yours made it even more challenging. We are delighted that Joseline was able to make this work despite limited availability and that the final arrangements came together so well.

It is also fantastic to hear that our ground support team, Riziki and Janeth, were readily available throughout your journey. Knowing that you felt you had someone to turn to whenever you had a question or concern is extremely important to us. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the changes to your internal flights. While airline schedules are sometimes outside our direct control, our responsibility is to communicate changes clearly and work quickly to minimize any disruption, so we are pleased this was handled effectively.

And then, of course, Nashiri and Kaana! We are absolutely delighted that they became your children’s heroes and such an important part of your safari experience. Your description of Nashiri’s knowledge of wildlife, trees and landscapes, combined with his ability to make his explanations engaging, is exactly the kind of guiding experience we strive to provide. We are equally happy to hear that Kaana brought the same enthusiasm, knowledge and energy to your friend’s family.

Seeing three of the Big Five on your very first safari day, experiencing the river crossing on the second, and eventually completing your Big Five wish list including the incredible sighting of a black rhino in the Ngorongoro Crater sounds like an exceptional safari! These are the kinds of moments that stay with you long after returning home.

Most importantly, your final comment means a great deal to us. Tanzania Specialist may be a large organization, but we never want our guests to feel like just another booking. We want every traveler and every family to feel personally cared for, supported and listened to throughout their journey. Hartelijk dank voor het uitgebreid delen van jullie ervaring en voor de mooie woorden over jullie reis met Tanzania Specialist. Wat fijn om te lezen dat de voorbereiding met Lisa prettig verliep en dat jullie ondanks de volgeboekte eerste keuzes snel passende alternatieven konden vinden.

We zijn vooral blij dat jullie zo’n goede klik hadden met Meckson. Zijn kennis, geduld en ervaring hebben duidelijk bijgedragen aan een prachtige safari en aan het bijzondere moment waarop jullie de migratie konden meemaken. We zullen jullie complimenten zeker met hem delen.

Het spijt ons dat Raha Wildlife niet volledig aan jullie verwachtingen voldeed, met name wat betreft het eten en het bed. Ook jullie ervaring met de vertraging van 4,5 uur bij vertrek vanuit Kogatende en de gebrekkige communicatie ter plaatse nemen we serieus. We begrijpen dat dit extra frustrerend is na een verder zo goed georganiseerde reis. Jullie feedback helpt ons om onze lokale communicatie en ondersteuning verder te verbeteren.

Gelukkig horen we dat Lion’s Paw en Legendary Zanzibar wél echte hoogtepunten waren, en dat jullie heerlijk hebben kunnen afsluiten op Zanzibar. 🏝️
