This is about the GHK G5 HPA adapter. This has to be one of the most frustrating things I think I have ever used because the first day I got it only shot maybe 120 rounds through it. Everything was working fine and then I go to the airsoft field the very first game. I probably shot one magazine through it so about another 120 rounds the valve broke I didn’t exceed the psi. I loaded it correctly and it broke very first round so that ended my day and I had to order a new valve. I ordered a new valve and then the first day I shot the BB gun with the new valve. I probably only shot 300 rounds and the BB gun started feeding weird and I look at it. There’s a big chip taken out out of the feed lip so I put it up. Haven’t used it and then just now I tried putting it back into my gun loading it correctly doing everything the instructions told and one of the ears fully snapped off for spending 200 something dollars on this only using it about maybe three or four times and having less than 1000 rounds through it, that’s ridiculous. and I truly do hate to give a bad review because it is a good company with good customer service.

Good customer service, got an M4 Hpa Pro adapter spent $300 CAD+, months backwards and forwards trying to fix the problem. I ended up just giving up after getting sent three packages by them, which were meant to fix it. Customer service tried their best, but didn’t want to take a hit on a faulty product in my opinion. Don’t buy if you are not from the States, stick to primary.

Please avoid this company at all costs. It is a complete scam. I’d purchased a body for my airsoft rifle and received it without the necessary screws to put it together. But looking back at it I believe that was all part of the scam to not notice that the body didn’t fit my rifle but I tried it anyway. Once I realized the problem I reached out to them and was given some lie about their printer being off on the calibration and that I’d be sent a new part and screws. So after 2 weeks of waiting and hearing nothing back I reached out to them again and was told that their vapor polishing machine was down and that it would be back up and running next week so next week came and went and nothing so I reached out again and was told their vapor polishing machine was still down and to please wait. It’s been two weeks since then and nothing. All the while they are still taking new orders. So I don’t believe their machine is down at all and it’s been almost 2 months since I originally ordered my part and I don’t believe I’ll ever be receiving it. Please be aware of this scam and avoid this company completely.

The kz-61 adapter is absolutely horrible the feedlips broke when I put the adapter in for the first time and the feeding tube broke on arrival so DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS at less than 20 psi the adapter leaks gas and the pressure vessel is PLASTIC so its a massive health and safety risk so please do not buy from this company and go to AIRTAC instead because the pressure vessel is metal and you use original parts from the weapon

Had an issue with my order confirmation deleting itself but the team were helpful and resent it for me when asked and the drum mag works perfectly with no issues but I did find the psi the mag recommended to use would be to high for the field I play but still works as it should on 80psi i was able to run and gun without needing to reload really happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone who likes using a hpa drum mag

I bought the parts for the saiga and the parts delivered bad, fiber still on the parts screw hole that’s have parts on and the part don’t slide at all and they said that they test the part. Would not recommend. Pay 150€ for parts that I just throw in the garbage and didn’t get a refund.

Had some issues with delivery as per every order from America which is not this companies fault. However as soon as I messaged them to say I am being messed about my end the staff said they will get in contact with Fedex to find out what was going wrong and they advised they if any issues they would reprint my item and send it out with just me incueing delivery fee. The issue was resolved so i did recievew my item but I would say that the efficiency and speed at which the staff were ready to help with anythign and everything. For the customer service alone I would purchase again from them and the quality of the item i recieved was phenominal. Would defintely recommend this company to anyone.

Tapp make interesting and great products for Saiga12 and other items and offer great support.

BE WELL AWARE OF FRAUDULENT FEES FOR A REFUND IN THE UK.

Do not let this company make you believe as stated in their terms and conditions that you are accepting for a cancelled order a 5% fee for "admin". It's a scam. UK law dictates that distant selling protects you from this. They will cry wolf when saying its "PayPal new terms and conditions" , "we don't see any of the fee". That as a customer is not your issue. You are by law in the UK are protected. As soon as they charge you for the refund open a case with PayPal and another one with your bank 5 days later.

Don't let these companies scam you out of your rights as a consumer. They tried it with me twice. Once with an order cancelled within 30 minutes of an accidental order. The next one 4 days later as I didn't realise this company was scamming people. I've warned my local fields on Instagram and currently pursuing a stockist in UK. They have also tried this but now having orders cancelled due to this method of charging for refunds.

Be warned, this is illegal and please no one accept this, if you don't believe me contact your bank and they will 100% back you up.

Purchasing from overseas from this company. They had no right to give me a refund but they did with no questions asked.

I loved the product but the gun i bought it for broke on first use (after this i did not want the gun) so nothing to do with Tapp.

Very quick communication, understanding and an efficient service.

We purchased a really cool drum mag for the MP7. Had a bit of an issue with the HPA valve, but Tapp corrected the issue quickly! Great Mag! #rounds down range!

They are horrible don’t buy any products waste your money there material is not high quality and there shipping methods are expensive you pay double the warranty is not full they minus the expense cost for being returned cost paid the cost of shipping at customer expense horrible experience with this TAPP AIRSOFT think before you purchase and check the review horrible and totally unsafe product and they don’t lability for your accident they well say used it in your own risks well just saying what I’m experiencing with this TAPP AIRSOFT

Vraiment un Shop de qualité je n'est vraiment rien à dire à part que du positif de leur part.
J'ai eu malheureusement un problème avec mon adaptateur que j'ai acheter cher eux et il on résolu mon problème en 1semaine vraiment chapeau.
Un service client de qualité incroyable vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermer je vous les recommande vivement.

Unbelievable good customer service, I ordered a mag from a uk reseller. That mag adapter was messed up. I reached out on instagram and within hrs had someone reply to all my inquiries. They send me out a replacement valve & tool and feed lip(I didn’t even notice the feed lip was broken). After that didn’t work they send me out a brand new one. They didn’t charge for postage which is amazing as it’s shipped from the USA to UK. The new mag works like a dream. 10/10 recommend. I’m even working on a custom 1 off adapter for a very unusual sniper rifle

The adapter fit after a little breaking in. Once the adapter was pressurized it would only shoot 3-4 shots before needing to reconnect. But using this while connected to the air compressor worked great! No feeding issues, compatible with most M4 mags, shot very consistently and so far reliably. My only other problem was i'd go through ammo so fast, It was just so much fun to use.

After breaking a connection with my own stupidity i got in touch to see what help they could provide.
After a couple of questions and a photo they sent the required part immediately.
I was out of warranty and had to pay a little but the person dealing with me done a great job.

Stop lying I have all of the evidence in writing from you saying you have refunded me and you contested it and stole it back and then had the cheek to refund me £20 after you told me to destroy the adapter wich I did and you still owe me £100 you refund the postage and that’s ridiculous

The QD valve wich is included and connected to the line is not tight. I had to buy another one... Pity.
Anyways a cool product!!!!
