My adapter was bought from a separate company in uk which came broken. I messaged tappairsoft on instgram and they were incredibly helpful in ways to help me fix it. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed... もっと見る
There have been some fitment issues with the supplied mag adapter. Tapp Airsoft have sent me a replacement but that also had fitment issues. They have since contacted me to say they are working... もっと見る

Unresponsive Customer Service
The order shipped and then got lost in transit, I contacted Tapp 3 days after it was scheduled to be delivered and was lost after filing a missing mail claim asking if they could send a replacement. 3 business days later, no response. I sent another email describing the same issue, no response. Package suddenly gets marked as delivered 8 days later with no actual delivery of the product. Yes it's the post offices loss of the package, no contact has been made still. Only way to get the money back is to do a reversal since their customer service won't reply to emails.

Very nice people very polite. They helped me with anything. I needed to be done with my HPA adapters when no questions asked.

Although the adaptor didn't fit
Although the adaptor didn't fit, the process was quick and easy for me to receive and return. I hope to try oot another one for the AAPO1 as well as a hoodie (XXL/XXXL) at some point in the near future!

Tapp Airsoft - Solid Experience
Recently grabbed some gear from Tapp Airsoft. First one had a bit of a leak, but they quickly sent over an upgraded replacement. Shipping to the Netherlands was surprisingly quick. Props to Tapp Airsoft for their solid service! 👍

TM Saiga M4 HPA Adapter
I purchased a TM Saiga M4 Adapter during the very first release. I ended up having issue with this first release but Tapp took care of me despite finding out 6 months later. The replacement adapter works great! Thank you for such great service and product

Mag broke within 2 skirmishes
Mag broke within 2 skirmishes. Something internal in the 3d mag catches on BBS to cause really bad feeding issues. Can't solve unless redesigned.

My adapter was bought from a separate company in uk which came broken. I messaged tappairsoft on instgram and they were incredibly helpful in ways to help me fix it. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed so they have sent me a new one free of charge. Excellent service, can't believe how helpful and friendly these guys are. Truly incredible!

Yes, we're sorry for shipping the wrong item.
Unfortunately, because you are international we can't provide you a return label.
Thus we issued you a partial refund for the difference in items (or to cover return shipping), let you know where to ship the incorrect item, and will ship the correct one back for free. We will list the item as a “replacement” and should avoid customs fees.
