M4 APP-01 Adapter
I ordered an APP-01 m4 adapter from tappairsoft. it came and I was super excited to put it in and start plinking. Unfortunately, my aeg m4 magazine from CYMA did not work with the adapter unlike what there website clearly states that it works with all airsoft aeg m4 magazines. I should have just bought amped airsofts.

Hello Chase,
We’re sorry to hear about this.
Not all M4 mags are made equal, but we do provide an M4 shim to attach for slimmer mags.
We do provide lifetime support, so please contact us and we can assist with repairing your adapter.

You charged me twice for my purchase
You charged me twice for my purchase! When I emailed from the website to have the problem resolved, you never responded! And you don't have a customer service phone number that I could call. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Extremely poor customer service in my opinion. We will not be ordering from Tapp Airsoft again.
