The movers were extremely rough with my furniture and caused considerable damage. They didn’t use any sort of care and were in a rush.

Was charged the incorrect amount, driver didn’t show up with helper so I had to help him move the treadmill and dolly did not honor their agreement pricing with peloton for $155 to remove my treadmill

Move was fast and easy
Move was fast and easy. Guy was nice. Cost $61 and I’m first floor so it was easy for him too. Didn’t love the multiple messages stating my delivery wasn’t complete and to tip. It’s not about tipping. I generally do but the cost to deliver and just being told to do it when it’s not spelled out verbally when you set up for delivery is the turn off aspect, but otherwise, great experience overall.
