Taskrabbit Delivery (formally Dolly) レビュー 

On Saturday we realized we needed more help that day for moving many boxes to another location. Within a very short time (less than a hour) Taskrabbit found a tasker, namely Jeff C, who arrived promptly with his truck, moved 20 boxes plus, was efficient, pleasant and had the job done quickly. We couldn't ask for better cooperation or respect and we are grateful to Jeff C who we'd request for future jobs! Thank you!

The first attempt for the delivery the driver did not show up and didn't call until AFTER the delivery time. I had to call the store and service many times. However, they did refund that trip and after that, the next delivery went smoothly.

Movers were on time and efficient. Very professional service.

Miguel D. and his helper were wonderful. We had a lot of stuff and they moved us efficiently, carefully and without any issues. We would definitely want to hire them again. Additionally, the entire process with Taskrabbit Delivery was easy. From booking in the app, to customer service, to the communication surrounding the move, everything was great. I'll definitely be using Taskrabbit more often.

Quick and straightforward

They have problem with a plastic water valve in the wall!!!! They don’t touch it, so scary!!!! Which is the most common valve for the new houses..
They even refused to install the water hose in the back of the fridge!!!!!
I had to call my son at age 21 years old to install it!!!!

This was, without question, the worst moving experience I have ever had. I’ve moved four times, and this was by far the most frustrating and disappointing experience.

I specifically booked two movers for my move. Unfortunately, the primary Tasker—the one who was responsible for bringing the dolly, moving equipment, and furniture protection materials—never arrived. When I contacted support to request a replacement, I was told that I could simply help the remaining Tasker myself. I was essentially paying for a moving service while being expected to do the work alongside the Tasker.

Because the remaining Tasker did not have the proper equipment or packing materials to protect my furniture, several pieces were damaged during the move. At that point, I decided to end the service early and told him he could leave without finishing the job. If I was going to complete the move myself, I was not willing to continue paying for a professional moving service that was unable to provide the equipment or staffing I had booked.

I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I paid for two movers with the proper moving equipment and furniture protection, but instead received one Tasker without the necessary supplies and was expected to make up for the missing help myself. The lack of support from customer service and the damage to my furniture made this an unacceptable experience, and I believe a refund or other appropriate resolution is warranted.

Excellent, friendly delivery team

My item was delivered to a wrong address and I had to play detective to find the missing item. It took 3 days to get TaskRabbit Delivery to even attempt to fix the situation.
