I cannot recommend Taylors Solicitors highly enough for the exceptional service they provided during the conveyancing process for my property sale. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right were clear to see—even under extremely challenging circumstances.

The buyer had chosen a large, impersonal call centre-style solicitor, whose disorganisation and lack of communication caused countless unnecessary delays and frustrations. In complete contrast, Taylors were everything you hope for in a legal representative: responsive, thorough, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for their client.

Abbie Mudd, in particular, was simply outstanding. Her dedication, tenacity, and calm, measured approach throughout the entire process were nothing short of remarkable. She went above and beyond to keep things moving, consistently demonstrating sharp legal insight, clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to professionalism. Her ability to stay focused and proactive in the face of unnecessary obstacles is a true credit to both herself and the firm.

Thanks to Taylors and Abbie, I felt confident and supported every step of the way. They are a shining example of how conveyancing should be handled—efficient, diligent, and with genuine care for the client.

Communication has consistently been poor, and we were given incorrect information on multiple occasions. Our Conveyancing case has been mishandled from the start, and interactions with the team have lacked the level of professionalism and customer care we expected.

I can't give ZERO stars unfortunately. This bunch of amateurs are simply the worst group of folks I have had the displeasure of dealing with.
Took them on to handle the conveyancing of a new build. They happily take your money, and they do provide "shadow" services, which basically means YOU have to do all the calling and enquiring. They DO NOT interact with you, the paying customer, at all.
If you are buying a house, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. All they do is follow some off-the-shelf process, get you some documents, offer NO ADVICE, no communication, just electronic forms to sign. YOU HAVE TO DO ALL READING AND COMPREHENSION OF THE TERMS AND BULLSH*T out of all the documents you get, only to discover some stupid clause or another that only protects the seller but totally screws you, the buyer, over.
And of course, Taylors won't have brought any of this to your attention, because they are complete muppets!!!!

I can’t recommend this firm highly enough for anyone seeking conveyancing services. From the very start, Bhavish was an absolute standout. His approachability, friendliness, and professionalism were evident in every interaction. He was consistently available and willing to dedicate time to answer any questions or address concerns, no matter how big or small. I never had to wait more than an hour to get a response if he couldn’t pick up right away, which was incredibly reassuring. His level of professionalism was exactly what we had hoped for and more.

Bhavish’s deep knowledge and expertise instilled us with complete confidence that we were in the right hands. Even when faced with a challenging lending process, he remained calm and efficient, ensuring we stayed on track to meet our tight deadlines. She was equally professional, helpful, and always willing to accommodate our needs, which made us feel at ease during what could have been a very stressful time. Taylor’s Legal were fantastic throughout my purchase journey. It wasn’t easy as I had some difficult sellers on the way but they guided me throughout all of it. Alexis in particular was an absolute star and was always on top of the detail of everything. The fact that she was so efficient meant we were able to move to exchange and complete in record time when we did finally move. Even our estate agent said how amazing she was to deal with. From start to finish Taylor's Legal were incredibly efficient, worked very quickly, and were in touch to give updates. The process of purchasing a new build property was made very clear by all concerned and all the paperwork was done at the beginning so that it was all ready to go when exchange happened. Everything ran smoothly. I also had access to an online portal where I could see the progress of my house purchase. Amy and Ellie Randall were in touch regularly and Nicola Taylor rang when there was something urgent. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and care.

Taylors Legal got the job done and looking back after completion there weren't really any problems. Our conveyancer was helpful and resolved/answered all questions/enquiries.

The reason for giving 4 instead of 5 really comes down to communication. We felt through the process that we were the ones always contacting them to find out what was going on as there was no communication back until asked on progress, leaving us a bit in the dark.

There was a portal that was supposed to show us updates on progress but this was quite often not updated in real time resulting in us not knowing what was going on.

The day of exchange and completion was very good. All resolved before 12pm and swiftly carried out with exchange and completion on the same day.

I chose Taylor’s Legal to handle the sale of my mums house from a recommendation and had Amy Tinham to thank for the smooth process.

Amy’s professionalism and caring nature helped enormously to ensure a smooth sale and purchase of a new home.

The new build team at Taylors Legal (Amy T,,Ellie R, Sim S and Nicola T) are very professional and helped to complete the legals for a new build flat purchase.

Very quick to respond and knowledgeable, they also return enquiries and information around from the Housebuilder's team promptly.

The price paid was higher than the original quote (with some known extras), but overall fair value for the level of service and the speed of completion.
