I had expected delivery next day by DHL. The order was sent by royal Mail who proved as suspected to be totally unreliable. Meaning delivery took 4 days and we need to collect from their offices!

First time ordering from this company. Ordered on the Monday, arrived on Wednesday all well packaged.
Great sampler selection available. Couple of the ones must have been out of stock so company replaced with alternative cigars (in favour of the customer!).
All round great stuff so far in terms of service, I think I may have found my new online cigar provider!!.

The process of purchasing the merchandise was effortless. The product was shipped DHL Express and was at my door within 7 days. Excellent service and packaging was on point along with humidity pack.

Cigar holder is best when it comes to providing customer satisfaction,providing there customer with higher quality of jet lighter,as because on my first order I received a defected lighter but when I complained about my situation team have provided me with new lighter,thank you guys I would happy to buy some more gift in near future for my family and friends cheers

Product not as expected, but swiftly rectified.
Product received did not meet my expectations of a previous version of this product. Unfortunately this is beyond TCH's control as Xikar has significantly deviated from it's original (perfect) design and created a significantly inferior product. The Ashtray in question is still a good in-car ashtray, unfortunately it's just not the ashtray I wanted/needed.
TCH contacted me swiftly and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Order issue Resolved
I had a slight issue where the wrong cigar was sent out however the guys at TCH resolved the issue at the first time of asking! Mistakes can be made and the way the guys here sorted the issue was first class, couldn't recommend their service any higher

Shortly after placing order for a Sierra Maestra cigar carrier, I received an email advising me exactly how long it would take to personalise and send it, and a date/time to expect delivery. The case arrived today as expected and is a thing of beauty.
