TCS Chandlery レビュー 

When it FINALLY arrived it worked well. Customer expectations these days are delivery in 1-2 days not 1-2 weeks. I needed another spare part so shopped elsewhere.

I have ordered a Whale deck shower mixer (hot+cold water) at TCS Chandlery, charged and invoiced 20th August. The invoice states the right item - Whale reference - DS0006.

Unfortunately, it was not delivered until 17th September, due to delays in transport and customs clearance.

One month after placing the order and receiving the product I found that this is not the item I have ordered, as TCS shipped the DS0005, which is the cold water only shower.

I have sent multiple emails, requesting a refund for the 217,09 gbp + 83,97 eur (customs), but the company has never replied.

I have a broken deck shower in my boat in need of replacement for more than one month (order 20th August), a loss of more than 300€ and no feedback from the seller to my return/refund request.

Very fast dispatch, and great value as they had this SkipperMate skipper's knife on special. The knife itself seems solid with a good edge, not a refined finish, but it's half the price of anything equivalent out there, and if it has a good edge now should be easy enough to re-sharpen. For my daughter in the canoe. Thanks.

Spectacularly fast! Ordered yesterday, arrived today; default delivery option. A very good price in the sale.

The member of staff I spoke to (sorry - I didn't get his name) was super pleasant and efficient. I needed an item urgently and instead of fobbing me off, as was the case when I called a very large, well known chandlers, he arranged for the item to be delivered within the time scale I needed. It duly turned up exactly when he said it would and I am very grateful. It will encourage me to use TCS again.

ordered a caravan fan kit , which said was in stock on the 24th of june thinking it was in stock , the invoice said it would be delivered no later than the 7 july ,i phones them on the 6th and they said they had none in stock and was waiting on supply and didnt know when they they was coming in , buyer beware

Ho comprato in Agosto 2025 un giubbotto Crewsaver ErgoFit 290N EX pagandolo quasi 400 euro e non è mai rarrivato!!! Ho scritto molte mail e lasciato messaggi nella segreteria telefonica chiedendo aggiornamenti sulla spedizione ma non ho mai ricevuto una risposta.
Da un'ultima verifica ora l'ordine risulta anche evaso!!! A questo punto è chiaro che sono stato truffato!!!

Been very quick to service orders and they have a great range of all the accessories needed for a boat re-wire. Very helpful advice on the phone when I couldn't find the part I needed on the web site.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the service I’ve received. I placed an order for an oven/grill/hob on a Monday, and when I called on Thursday to check the status, I was told it wasn’t in stock. The man said he’d call the supplier and get back to me — but of course, he never did.

By Saturday, I had already submitted a cancellation and refund request online because of the complete lack of communication. Then, on Tuesday, an oven suddenly showed up at my door — and not even the one I ordered! Without any consultation or approval, they decided to send me a completely different brand and model.

The oven they sent might look similar, but it’s not the same size. My kitchen cabinets were custom-built to fit the specific oven I originally ordered, and the one they delivered didn’t fit at all. Because I had an upcoming trip and couldn’t deal with the return process (and wasn’t sure how long a refund would take), I had no choice but to keep it and pay out of pocket to modify all my kitchen cabinets.

This company has caused me unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and cost me extra money — all because of their lack of honesty and professionalism. It’s unacceptable to replace a customer’s order with a different product without even asking.

I will be sharing this experience on every Facebook group and review platform I can so others don’t go through the same nightmare.

Call before placing order. As ordered online and the item has been on back order with Garmin for nearly twice months. Have emailed a few times and no response to emails. Only by phone. 2 weeks ago saying it was due in but still nothing.

Reputable business that always picked up the phone when I called. Losing a star because shipping was stressful. Tracking was not sent for some time and I ended up receiving a call from a truck driver to say my delivery was outside without any notice, which could have been avoided if I had known when delivery would have been, TCS did make the best efforts to track down tracking for me and always apologised, its third party supplier appeared not to have supplied tracking. In the end happy with the product, although I would have expected a British plug!

The site is easy to navigate and they had everything I needed. Ordered it online and picked it up a couple of days later. Ordered was packed and ready to go when I showed at the warehouse.

Having been let down by another company, the staff at TCS went above and beyond the norm to get the antifoul paint I needed in time. That included getting the paint in from their own supplier and despatching it promptly. In fact they only got the paint in on the Friday and I had it by 8.30 on Saturday. Brilliant service! My very grateful thanks to the very helpful and knowledgeable team at the depot.

TCS were very helpful in deciding on the right product to purchase. Exceedingly quick at checking stock and arranging overnight delivery to me. Excellent service
