Lovely teas in great packaging. Working my way through many teas that are new to me. Plus some old favourites 😍

What a wonderful little teapot. Just the right size for a one cup and makes great tasting tea. Arrived quickly too.

Excellent selection of lovely teas. I ordered 2 sample boxes (12 different teas) and a tin of spearmint. Having tried them all now, I wasn't disappointed. They are very fresh, well packaged and a delicious mix of flavours. These teas are also very fairly priced, given the quality. In comparison to another grassroots-turned-commercial UK-based tea brand, where over the last 12 years prices have absolutely skyrocketed, quality has dropped, and I feel like they try to get you to add ingredients (syrups and whatnot), Tea People have kept it simple - tea as it should be. The flavours don't need to be enhanced; if you make them the right temperature, you don't need to add all the sugary syrups and other nonsense. Will repurchase for sure!

Such great tea,brews beautifully and tastes wonderful. Love the packaging,the tins look good on my worktop and the sampler packets are nice too. Ships fast and excellent value

Just love your teas. Also prompt delivery..Love your ethics on sustainability and supporting the people who grow and sell the tea.

While I cannot complain about the quality of the teas I have ordered, Tea People ignored my delivery instructions, (they explained that they were too busy to do so) and refused to honour a 15% discount code they had sent me. To add insult to injury, they have just sent another 15% discount offer to my wife.

Tea People have excellent products and excellent customer service. When a particular tea I had ordered was out of stock after I ordered it, they emailed my right away to give me the option of ordering a different tea or to put my order on hold until their order of it came in. I chose the latter and when the tea came in, they let me know and also let me know when they had sent the order.
They also send along free taster samples that are similar to the product that you bought. It's really nice to get these little surprises and for me, they have result in extra purchases of teas that I wasn't sure I would like, but actually liked so much I ended up ordering them as well.
And finally, I use the loose leaf teas because I have always noticed that in other tea companies, there is always dust in the actual tea bags.
It wasn't until I tried some of the sample tea bags, that I realised that there is absolutely no dust in their teabags. Nothing but straight up tea ingredients. I still love loose leaf tea, but I have also started ordering tea bags too.
