Have been buying from Tea People for a while, firstly due to their ethics but also because the tea quality is fantastic. Have gifted their teas too and everyone has good things to say!

Product I wanted, delivered promptly from an ethical, local company

Tea People are an easy company to deal with and has the benefit of being socially and ecologically aware. This was part of a repeat subscription order which has been in place for more than a year - the tea is great and the price is competitive. All in all, we have no complaints - thank you Tea People.

Ordered spiced apple tea pyramids. Absolutely delicious. Would recommend it to anyone.

The Tea supplied is top quality (Darjeeling Muscatel and Assam Gold brilliant subtle and full of flavour) and after requesting the tea estate they were only too happy to give me all the information. Delivery is also quick.

Quick delivery of a good quality product in a really nice tin, my only negative is its a tad expensive but really enjoying brewing my own concoctions using your ginger tea!

Delicious tea!

Great website explaining each of the type of teas. Easy to order and good delivery. The teas are excellent and there is a free gift included. I like their ethical/ green attitude. An outward looking company.

The website is easy to read. The tea descriptions are very good. There's a large selection, and teas you won't find in discount stores.

Unfortunately the internal gift packaging was damaged which meant that I couldn’t give it as a birthday present as planned.

I grew tired of tea bags and decided to find a better option. After searching around I settled on Tea People. Placed my order and waited. After a week I emailed enquiring as to the whereabouts of my delivery.
The next day I received an email saying it had been dispatched. 3 days later it arrived.
The tea comes in lovely tin containers.
I received organic green and organic peppermint tea.
I opened them to look at and smell the leaves. The smell test was a failure because the peppermint had no smell. Even tesco brand peppermint tea dust smelled and tasted of peppermint slightly.
I prepared a cup of the peppermint and it had no taste. Very disappointing. The green tea at least tasted like green tea but it was weak in my opinion.
I do like the tea but expect a peppermint to taste like peppermint.
Next time I will look else where.

Excellent quality tea, very easy ordering experience and a fair price.
