Living in Israel as an American Gig-Online teacher is no problem, until one's Kehilla and the children's Bas Yaacov, Hadar and Yeshiva require all internet devices to be password protected with filters approved by The Rabbinic Godaluim. Their recommended filters and internet providers only speak Hebrew and offer no real services. Tried one of these companies filters and nearly all of my required work sites were blocked\crashed! Not So with Techloq that provides English support and approved guidance for the English speaking FRUM community world-wide; with great thanks for guiding me to them by the Israeli English speaking organization TAG (Technology Awareness Group). I recommend Techloq without hesitation. Their technical and customer support and guidance is unparalleled.

the services is corrupted, thy take your money and give no services, if you need to open something your request is ignored, i will use a different service,
seeing your reply is even more mind boggling, you only responded now to my post, and if you didn't see my requests throughout shows of your deficiency

Excellent product - surpasses other filters in its robustness, design and reliability

theres a major bug with how the filter interacts/interferes with 'cloudflare' a company that secures many websites where cloudflare recognises any techloq protected device as a robot the company is aware of the problem but isn't doing much to fix it.

I advice everyone who is having any difficulties with any filter to try Techloq.

Chani has been super professional and help with assisting and explaining the entire process with me on why certain things weren't working and how to resolve said issues. Also, big shout out to Ari!

Good filter, unlike other filter companies, there is a option to have a code that needs to be inputted before you can request that a site be unblocked.
HOWEVER, whenever I call, I get a message that it is out of business hours...even a 12 noon!

I’m currently having an issue where my internet connection is completely blocked since a few days, we emailed several times and so far the issue haven’t been fixed.

We’re losing money by not being able to connect.

They should have a quicker response or an 24 hour emergency number.

Filters at my level. Easy to request a site to unblock when needed.

Great service, they always make sure I could use what i need but safely,
(it's worth to wait once a year the 2 days till they fix a bug for a website for our torah)

The customer service I receive at Techloq is truly outstanding. Their response time is extremely quick. Most of all, they are accommodating to every specific need, going well beyond their duties, such as troubleshooting a technical issue with my Computer.

Great filter and great service! But everything comes up as though I'm in the UK they used to switch the server to the Us one but now they won't do that anymore! So although I'm in Israel I'm shopping in Pounds and hearing about Boris Johnson quite an inconvenience.

Very good filter service, but when you request to open a site it will either go instantly and automatically or it will take HOURS literally hours which is very frustrating when you are in the middle of working, they can and should fix this

Good filter which is easy to set up the way you want it. Quite thorough and detailed which is great as you can really tweak it just the way you like. Also, skin filter is fantastic. It's so good, wish there would be an option to use it on ipad.
There are a few downsides, like youtube filter is not so amazing, it's not always accurate. I also wish there would be an option to unblock something in minutes, like unblock a page for 10 minutes.
Google search is also not perfect, If google search is open, the search isn't really filtered. Websites are though.
Customer support is amazing, quick responses to emails. Always there to assist if there is an issue.
I recently had a problem which techloq helped me with and it ended up that it wasn't even the filters problem. Still, they were happy that they were able to help.

they are doing a grate job at least for the price they charge I had the filter and than I toke it off my windows got deleted and I basically had no computer, called them up (they have a lot of people that can help you with.. blowing your nose.. but by the end) I got thru to some one that gave me a # of one how works in Israel office "and the office team on devrey chaim st helped me not normally they were in the office fixing it on till 3,4 in the morning.
I guess you just have to find a good person by them.

Have been trying to uninstall for 3 days. All the support team does is email me frustrating emails saying nothing but call us when we are open. I cant reach anyone. I will ask for my money back.
