I ordered a iX7 Pro scooter in January for my grandsons birthday in February. It arrived on time but was not used until his birthday. We have been experiencing some issues with the rear brakes and have contacted them 3 times without any response whatsoever. Very frustrating and disappointing. From my experience their initial price was competitive but their after sales support is non existent. Why bother advertising the after sales support email address if no one can be bothered to have the courtesy to reply.

Great product! Easy to install and set up.

They did exactly what they said they would do. The product was exactly what they said it was. It was that good I bought another one. Thanks for taking the time to get back to me.

Trying to track an order that was supposedly desptached 5 days ago emailed no reply, used the contact us on website no reply tried to call no reply. They advertise 48 hr delivery

Fast delivery exactly what was ordered and supper easy to install and use

Hello,i had a problem with an tablet i bought from you when i had bought it it had arrived very late although i payed extra £4.99 for fast delivery but I received the parcel after 15 days this is not good when I received the parcel it was faulty it had lines in the screen

Poor customer service, item arrived 5 days after paying for next day delivery

By completing the dispute I have with them at the moment.
The problem has been resolved, caused by certain emails going into their spam folder. Very happy with the outcome

Excellent price compared to others.
Was a bit wary due to incorrect advert but was very happy when the battery turned up.expected for price wouldn't fit my drone and would be a lower battery voltage and lower Ah but was exactly the same as the one that come with the drone

The product I purchased did not come as described and when I contacted the company they were helpful, unfortunately the problem still remains unresolved

Avoid This Electric Scooter – Poor Quality & Terrible Customer Service

I purchased this electric scooter hoping for a reliable and fun way to get around, but it has been nothing but a headache. First, the scooter stopped charging after only a short period of use. No matter what I tried, it just wouldn’t hold a charge, making it completely useless.

On top of that, the screws on the handlebars constantly come loose, no matter how often I tighten them. Now, they’ve completely rounded off, making it impossible to fix. This is a serious safety issue and shows just how cheaply made this scooter is.

To make things worse, customer service is absolutely useless. They don’t respond in a helpful way and seem to do everything they can to avoid taking responsibility. No solutions, no replacements—just a frustrating back-and-forth that leads nowhere.

I strongly advise against buying from this company. Their products are poorly made, and they do not stand by them. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Ordered a e scooter on 29th jan saying it would arrive 31-2feb and it’s the 2nd and still says preparing to be shipped and it’s said that for the last few days

1) delivered promptly
2) perfectly packaged
3) additional assistance and information supplied.

After ordering the scooter there was a delay in the dispatch. I contacted tech trove and the customer service team was outstanding. They got the scooter dispatched same day and delivered the next day. The scooter is amazing and my son loves it. He literally uses it everyday. Will be getting one for my daughter on her birthday. Excellent product top notch customer service

based on a rising number of other complaints made they have a history of this kind of operation - avoid-

Customer service probably one of the worst going.

Very disappointing experience.

Company sent a used scooter which had signs of previous repair work having been carried out, anodised nuts chewed, Allen bolts scuffed, alloy plate scuffed- meant to be new.

Furthermore, when going for the first and only test ride. the electric throttle is sporadic, it does not work smooth and is dangerous/ rode less than 50 Meters in total on drive way.

Steering coloum shaft has play and not safe- loose.
cheap rubbish- no warrenty and no customer support, just BS. AVOID-
when requesting refund, told cant send scooter back because it is now used. regardless that it has faults and previous signs of wear and tear- total scam.
Totally unimpressed - now having to get Solicitor involved.
have full photographic documentation of the scooter condition when first unboxed.

We brought a scooter off thus company in October for my sons christmas present of course buying a little early so save disappointed of things going out of stock…

christmas day comes after an hour an E6 code appears my son is with out a scooter,
so i email and a wait a few days as it’s christmas i expect no reply, few days past the person replied asking for a photo which i supply, he goes on to say keep the original box we will swap it… perfect just what i wanted, few days past they are sending me a part that i’ve got to swap myself, or take it to halfords which they don’t touch… which i found very unprofessional…

so after the bloke saying he didn’t say he’d swap it, “email proof” he didn’t,
so he goes onto to say i’ll send a video on how to swap this. part arrives… no video i wait 3 days for a video and i’m told the work shop are making it as a matter of urgency if this part takes 2 mins to swap surly it takes 2 mins to make and send ?

so the video arrives 5 days later so now my son is 3 weeks with out his present it comes in Chinese and subtitled brill

so eventually i swap the part all working 5 mins later E6 code so i’ve demanded a refund which he agreed to a few days later i can't have one as it’s 60
days old and he will only swap it. via the consumer law act if it’s 60-6m old and they’ve attempted a repair or a swap and has it been successful you are entitled to a refund i’ve now not heard from this bloke and all i get is he will only swap.

So I’m now having to go through my credit card company to do a chargeback and I reported him to trading standards do not buy from this company for sake of your children i have emails of all of this above

Terrible, I ordered a scooter.......my starter button keeps sticking down. Making it dangerous to ride, as it doesn't slow down and I have to push it back up. I emailed to ask for a refund and they asked me to send a video as proof. How am I meant to video while I'm riding it??
Absolutely no help what so ever. Now I'm stuck with a scooter that doesn't work properly 😠😠

Spent nearly £800 on an electric scooter that was delivered with the trigger throttle snapped from the handle bar rendering the item useless.

Used the chat function to contact them with an auto response to wait a moment, 25mins later, still waiting. Called the helpline ar 2pm today (Thursday), rings 5 or 6 times then told to call later and to leave a message.

Was a bit annoyed the item was delivered broken and extremely frustrated being unable to make contact however was called back later and a replacement part has been ordered which will take another 5-7business days but hopefully will resolve the issue.
