Still waiting for the product to arrive 😤

I have been waiting for twelve days and the App informs me that it’s on route.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
i really would rate this a zero if possible, bought product from what i thought was a reputable company, received item but even before i got this i no longer required it as it wasnt going to suit my needs for my vehicle, didnt even open the parcel from its bag and notified supplier of my return request, after about 10 emails trying to convince me to keep this i sternly said i need to return this (he also tried to get me to open it and try it which is against return policy which is totally misleading) he then gives me address to return. i return this promptly and was back with them on the 27th of October so last Monday, sent numerous emails asking for an update heard nothing until yesterday when they gave excuses as to why i hadnt had my return processed yet. i had already raised a dispute from Klarna as i had heard nothing on this. They told me yesterday they could only process this unless a closed my return notification with Klarna which is total BS! i queried this and was informed it incurs additional charges which is fair so again i gave them the benefit of the doubt and closed this, informed them via email which is was getting responses from great up until i informed them i had closed this. fast forward a whole 24 hours and not a single word AGAIN, i asked when i would see this resolved and its been nothing but dead silence. i could take this on the chin if it was £30 ect but this order was for £114.98! this may have been returned last Monday but this whole ordeal has been going on for over a month when every other thing i have purchased online from any other company has not been this stressful and so much back and forth with emails when im well within my rights to return something if purchased online within 14 days under the consumer rights agreement especially when i received and sent this exactly the same way. THERE HAVE BEEN 28 EMAILS WE HAVE SENT BACK AND FORTH FOR ONE PRODUCT ITS A TOTAL JOKE, i have never been scammed and yes i may have recieved an item but returning this has for one been a nightmare and not only that a sneaky, conniving attempt from the supplier to trip up its customer and not accept the return back, there has been loads of reviews i have seen from customers with similar experiences with this company and i only wish i read the bad reviews sooner, lesson learned and one thing is for sure. I WILL NEVER GIVE TECH TROVE ANOTHER PENNY OF MY MONEY AND NIETHER SHOULD YOU!!! I BOUGHT THIS ITEM ON THE 30TH OF SEPTEMBER AND REQUEST A RETURN ON THE 7TH OF OCTOBER, shocking service

I paid for expedited delivery which equates to 48 hours. Nearly 2 weeks later I'm still waiting, no tracking code, still says 'preparing order' on tracking and radio silence from Techtrove when trying to reach them. I no longer want the item, would rather buy from somewhere else and actually recieve it!
Think I can get hold of them to cancel my order? Like hell can I. Joke. Be mindful, you won't get your item and you won't get support when you need it.

Product is excellent

I Ordered the Dash cam pro with Reverse camera and the extension cable along with SD card ect.
Received the Dash cam no nothing trying to get through to customers service next joke. Royal mail where great with in 48hr. But to add 2 weeks on delivery from China is cheaky. Do I have to wait another 2 weeks to get the other half of my order.
Problem I have I can't try the system then it has been used. Need the extra £80 worth of stuff I have a receipt for . Thanks for you None reply x

Great screen easy to set up and use. Apple CarPlay works very well and connects to phone without a hitch. Highly recommend

If i could give 0 stars I would.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The item is completely unusable: the box arrived damaged, there is an air bubble on the screen, and most worryingly, it seriously overheated my phone, making the top area untouchable.
I have politely requested to return the product, but the company flatly refuses any return or resolution. I feel completely let down and would never recommend buying from them.

Avoid this company and product at all costs. It is unsafe, defective, and the customer service is abysmal.
Ive been left with no option but to raise a dipute with bank which tech trove have told me that they will dispute becuade the product had been used. However how do you know a product is faulty if it isnt used to test it?

Love mine. Works really well only reason that I didn’t give 5* was that there’s a clicking noise which I think it’s because of the aux. Lucky my car is noise like a van so don’t hear it as much 😂

The new Smartdash took a couple of weeks to arrive from China. Hence not a 5 Star review.
I fitted it on my 2019 Mercedes EClass. It was dead easy to set up and works a treat.
It does all it says it can do on the video advert.
I love it and would recommend it to everyone who has a vehicle without air play.
I recommend you pay the extra and buy the one with a front looking camera.
Google maps work brilliantly on the Smartdash and shows the speed limits and the speed you are going, hopefully will keep those dreaded speeding points of the licence.
I will recommend it to all my friends who drive older cars without air play built in.

Easy to install and use very happy with my screen

Great piece of equipment if, like me, you have an older car! I've been using Bluetooth, which I plugged into the 12v lighter socket. When I saw this product, I didn't think I would be able to put it in my car, but it's really easy to install using the cigarette port, and it links directly to my phone through Carplay. I never have to touch my phone now, which is a plus. The sound is much better too. My son-in-law fastened the wiring to my dash, so it's tidy. He said the wire clips wouldn't stick. I saw in some reviews that the sticky wire clips don't stick; well, I used perfume to clean the dash, and the clips have stuck really well. Try it if you have problems. I would definitely recommend this car kit.

I received tracking number, watched the movement of my parcel which was fairly quick, the item is fantastic in every way, I thought I had an issue with camera but it was my own fault, I sent an email about the issue and had immediate response that solved my problem, I’m shocked they do not have 100 percent on review ratings, do not walk away they are a great company,

Been waiting since beginning of may for a refund or replacement will not answer any emails or phone calls.
Please do not deal with this company as i think they are scamming people

Yes the SmartDash Pro CarPlay Tablet works wonderfully in my van, it’s so easy to connect and control, makes my drive experience a lot easier, with sat nav , music, and all other apps on one medium size screen. I would recommend buying one.

As described, good value and does what it says. Very happy.

Scam company selling a defective product, paid extra for next day delivery and didn’t receive it for 2 weeks, when it finally arrived the smart dash I had received was practically useless, says it comes with gps, it doesn’t, says it can connect to the car speakers, it doesn’t instead forcing me to listen to the music from my phone through the speakers on the device which are as loud as a mouse, I would get a refund if I didn’t open it according to them so I am out of pocket, not to mention the dash cam doesn’t work without a memory card, the one it came with isn’t recognised so I can’t tell you how good or bad it is.

All in all I would avoid buying this and get one of amazon or somewhere more trust worthy
