Bester Service, kann nicht besser sein.

I experienced a problem with a wireless doorbell that I’d only recently purchased from Tecknet. I emailed their customer service, got a speedy response from Ella with clear instructions as to how to resolve the problem and they worked. Very happy with this company’s customer care/support and would recommend.

Very great experience with the product and the support. When I contacted them for a problem, I received immediate feedback with troubleshooting guidelines. Finally, because the problem was still present, they proposed me a replacement, received in a few days.

As soon as I opened the box I knew I had purchased quality. After previously buying cheap doorbells the doorbell system i had purchased worked straightaway with no hassle installing it. Bought through Amazon after reading many positive reviews.

I ordered their ergonomic mouse from Amazon but the battery light started blinking red after a week. I reached out to them and they swiftly sent me a replacement mouse!

Excellent service. Our device didn't work anymore, but we received a new one very quickly. I can only recommend Tecknet!

I had a problem with my mouse where it stopped working all of a sudden. and when I contacted support they were really sweet and offered me a new one for free, I love their company and I enjoy buying stuff from them.

I have been a long time customer of Tecknet products and recently had to submit an extended warranty claim for a Tecknet 10,000mah powerbank (previously purchased via Amazon UK) due to a failed USB-A port which would no longer charge my devices. This occured 20mths after purchase. The claim was submitted on the basis of their 3-year extended warranty provided by product registration within 90 days of purchase. The powerbank is an excellent one and I have three of them, two of which continue to work well.

I submitted my claim via email to Tecknet UK support and they responded promptly. Following several email exchanges to verify the fault, I subsequently was refunded my full purchase price for the powerbank via Amazon UK (where I had initially purchased the product). The refund was provided as they no longer sell that model of powerbank.

I would like to express my gratitude to Tecknet support for their excellent customer support and warranty service. This is a company which stands by their products indeed.

I had a great experience with this company. My mouse developed a fault after quite a while, but because it was still under warranty, they honored it immediately. They shipped out a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to me. It’s rare to find such honest and efficient after-sales service these days. Thank you!

I've been using my Tecknet keyboard for a year now. When a problem finally came up, the customer service was top-notch. They solved my issue quickly and even sent a replacement. I’m very happy with both the product and the way they handle their business!

Avevo acquistato un campanello wireless ma dopo poche settimane uno dei due ricevitori non suonava più. Dopo aver contattato l'assistenza ed aver fatto dei test di reset ed accoppiamento visto che non funzionava mi hanno inviato gratuitamente un altro campanello. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Mia che mi ha seguito passo passo nella risoluzione del problema.

Tür Klingel ist sehr gut
sie ist Batterie unabhängig somit funktioniert sie sehr zuverlässig
und der Service ist erstklassig
kann das Produkt echt weiter empfehlen

Wir haben seit einigen Monaten eine Funk-Türklingel in Verwendung, die nun defekt ist. (Das Problem tritt anscheinend öfters auf, wenn man die Rezensionen durchliest.)
Kundenservice hat aber prompt reagiert und Anleitung zur Problemlösung geschickt. Als das auch nicht funktioniert hat, wurde anstandslos eine neue Klingel zugesendet.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert vom Kundenservice bei Tecknet! Ich hatte ein kleines Problem mit einem ihrer Produkte und die Reklamation wurde absolut unkompliziert und schnell bearbeitet. Der Kontakt war freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell – genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit wurde mir eine super Lösung angeboten, ohne langes Hin und Her. So sieht echter Kundenservice aus! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder bei Tecknet kaufen und kann das Unternehmen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Great experience with tecknet products. Using their keyboard and mouse which are brilliant. Faced a problem with the keyboard and customer service team resolved the same efficiently with a quick replacement. Great service.

A month agol bought Tecknet door chimes because I was fed up buying batteries, I was very pleased with the ones I chose, I am deaf and I didn't have any problem hearing the chimes , they were just a nice size, not too big and they didn't need a battery for the door push either.

Esperienza positiva dopo qualche mese di utilizzo c'è stato un problema di configurazione molto probabilmente dovuto alla disattenzione della persona che utilizza il prodotto, ho subito contattato l'assistenza dell'azienda che nel giro di un paio di mail mi hanno subito detto come riconfigurare il pulsante con la suoneria devo dire adesso tutto ok grazie Tecknet

Eine über Amazon bestellte Funk Türklingel war fehlerhaft. Über den Support von Tecknet wurde die Klingel unverzüglich überprüft und ausgetauscht!
Perfekter Service und rasche, freundliche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

Excellent customer service, problem dealt with in a quick, prompt and efficient manner.
Would highly recommend.
