Super happy with my new Black & Olive Ultimatum bag and I’m glad I didn’t get scared off by some reviews on Trustpilot and Reddit. I was hesitant to buy such an expensive bag that ships from China but it was well worth the price and wait. The quality of the bag is exactly what I hoped and paid for. It is a clever, well thought out and well constructed design.
I already knew it would be a heavy bag due to the leather and metal zippers so it is important to understand that before buying. The compression cubes also add quite a bit of weight but I appreciate how they’re customized to the exact size of the backpack.
I highly recommend buying the Expedition straps if you plan on wearing it as a backpack. Definitely more comfy than the default straps.
One small critique is that the black leather appears to have been changed to a Black Saffiano leather later in production even though the website clearly shows photos of a matte black leather—-not a big deal to me as it’s still a beautifully made bag.
Other modifications/updates that are not on the website include the “T|F” logo on the front and back of the bag has been changed to “TEFORS” and the hidden luggage strap has been changed from just elastic to a sturdier elastic reinforced with a seatbelt strap material.
I was prepared for a long wait on shipping and delivery (possibly longer than a month) but it only took 2 weeks to arrive from China to the US west coast. I emailed customer service and they got back to me promptly with a thorough, polite response within 24 hours.

……. but I haven’t recieved anything yet.
I ordered 27. december 2024, and my money was withdrawn from my bankaccount the 2. january 2025. I have asked about it twice, and recieved a very polite answer about the time for the delivery.
Tefors must have known that the bag was out of stock when I ordered, and that the chinese new year also would affect the delivery time.

Tefors told me in the last answer, that I - if everything goes well - can expect recieving my bag mid february.

Tefors have had my money for more than one month when I hopefully recieve my bag. Thats not good enough.

Ordered the product November 6th (paid for) and today December 24th there is still no trace of it. Numeres contacts with their supporters promising this and that have resulted in nothing. I just reported this to Mastercard and made a claim for a refund. Mastercard Will then deal with Tefors.

My dad loves his La Marque quadrum pen 💙. I bought him the pen and pencil and ever since, those are the only instruments he writes with 😅. He says they’re classy & timeless.

Tefors’ Ultimatum Bag is truly ultimate!

I first heard about this bag when I had a catch up with friends I haven’t seen in a while and I was captivated by its unique design! I use it as my everyday office bag and I even carry it with me when I travel because it has organizers and lots of storage spaces.

I’d like to commend your customer service team as well as I got to have a quick resolution when I had an issue with my bag’s strap.

I’m looking forward to try your suede loafers this holiday as well for my holiday events.

If surprised and happy had a face, it would be mine! I ordered the Ultimatum Mega pack for my hubby's birthday, and it literally took 10 days to get to us in Nairobi, Kenya. Right on time for his birthday!!!!!!

A huge shoutout to John from Tefors! He was A1! He took me through the pre-purchase process in terms of choosing a perfect birthday gift and helping me track my order. The customer support is definitely a 20 out of 10.

Tefors bags might look cool. However, the customer service does not match the looks. The main issue is that this company does not use any major shipping company in the US. As a result, they contract their shipping out to lesser know and smaller shipping companies that are not well known or good.

In my case, the bag was left out in the wrong place and was stolen.

Normally, for most US companies, this would not be a problem. However, when I reached out and explained (based on the images that the shipping company had provided and how they clearly left the package at the wrong place) they simply did not respond to my email (not that they denied or rejected my claim but simply ignored). I followed up three more times and got a response from "John" saying he would get back to me by the EOD..... again, completely lied and ignored my email.

I would be very very very cautious buying this bag because their customer service is very poor. If there are any issues with the bag, you will be given zero support. The customer service is unlike anything I have seen in the US. IT seems like most of their positive reviews are written by their own associates.
