I cannot enthuse enough about my new Ultimatum bag from Tefors. It arrived in a beautifully presented packaging box with classy bespoke protection cover. The bag itself exceeded my expectations and the attention to detail is first class as has the communication with Tefors been keeping me informed of its arrival. A great product and delightful customer experience-thank you guys!

I ordered the 2Face Backpack and it came pretty quickly.

I’m just as excited as I was with it on day one because it’s super practical for carrying on the motorbike around the city.

A month later I got the Camera Cube Add-On and that fits perfectly inside so now my cameras are also safe.

I’ve been a Tefors customer for years and I can’t recommend them enough. The combined utility and great design has made people ask me all the time where the bags are from.
Having one bag 💼 for all your needs and travels is just so awesome and once you get that experience you don’t want to go back to any old bags.

Highly recommended! The bags are great with a nice professional look but versatile for overall travel. I supported on Kickstarter and after about a year began to have an issue with one of the zips. After sending a couple of photos of the issue to Tefors customer service, they sent me a new bag. As my original one was out of stock they gave me the option to wait or choose another option, which I did. The replacement saffiano leather arrived last week and is a stunner I think. I cannot speak more highly of the product, which has served me well, but also the customer service, which is beyond amazing. John was the best!

I’ve been using the Ultimatum for 7 months and the best part is that although I use the briefcase carry very rarely, it’s there when I need it!

I have dancing classes after work and expanding it makes it sufficiently large to carry my change of clothes, so that’s also a big yes from me.

I've had over the years more than my fair share of leather backpacks and the 2Face is by far the best well-thought-out!
On top of that, it got compliments on the streets from day one.

I have three bags from Tefors, and honestly, the only problem I face is deciding which one to choose each day. The quality is outstanding—extremely durable, practical, and with a sleek, utilitarian design. Everywhere I go, people ask me where I got my cool bags from. The only downside? They sell out so quickly!

I already ordered my second product (Urban Bag and Minimalist Wallet) and I am still absolutely in love with this brand.
The quality and the design are on point and I will definitively order further products.

Excellent product and bag is just what I want

I received my bag with the internal frame damaged and bent. I contacted customer service immediately, but they’ve been unresponsive. They initially promised a solution the next day, but it’s now been seven days with no follow-up. Despite reaching out an additional three times, I still haven’t received a response.

I was really excited about this $600 bag, which was a gift for my promotion. Now I’m stuck with a bag that has a bent frame, and all I want is to have it in perfect condition. This situation is incredibly disappointing.

The Ultimatum Tefors Bag presents an appealing design, balancing a modern aesthetic with classic elements that make it a versatile accessory for various occasions. The two-face design adds a unique touch, giving the bag an extra layer of visual interest. I chose the tan option, which looked great online, but upon delivery, I noticed that one of the fronts was lightly marked by the straps due to how it was packed. This was a bit disappointing, especially considering the premium price tag.

While the bag’s design is undoubtedly attractive, the material quality left something to be desired. It lacks the sturdiness and premium feel one would expect from a high-cost item like the Ultimatum Tefors Bag. After just a few weeks of light use, there are already signs that the bag may not age as gracefully as high-quality leather typically does. This raises concerns about its long-term durability.

However, it’s worth noting that the customer service team has been responsive and attentive to my concerns. They quickly offered a reasonable refund and followed up with additional offers to address the issues. Although the matter is still pending, I appreciate their proactive approach and will gladly update my review once the situation is fully resolved. The excellent customer service is a redeeming factor, showing that the company stands behind its products and is willing to address any issues that arise. I also look forward to seeing future Tefors products improve their offering further, especially in the choice of materials and the quality of components like zippers and studs.

This is my Second TF bag, and I'm very happy with it, I recommended to a friend and he also got one.
I had a issue with the zipper, and this was solved very fast by the Customer Service.
Good quality and functionality, plus gets a lot of compliments ;)

I enjoy my bag. I get so many comments on the lovely design. Although I normally need more storage compartments, I’ve adjusted how I pack when using the bag. I agree that the zippers can be improved on—awkward to open. Love the removable shoulder straps but wish they would dangle to the ground if I’m using the handle vs draping over shoulder. If you travel as much as I do and are willing to make the bag work for you, I think it’s worth it. One last note, I had an issue with the 1st bag and the Tefors Support was top notch. I can’t say enough about how accommodating they were.

And the transition from backpack to briefcase is quite cumbersome

Overall not a user friendly experience

Experience teaches you that products are never quite as nice as they look in the advertising. Some are downright junk. This is the first product that is exactly as beautiful and functional in real life as it is in the videos and photos. The very first time I took it to work a client actually picked it up to admire it. It’s absolutely beautiful and stylish. I highly redone it.

The Tefors Ultimatum bag truly surpasses all expectations. It's incredibly versatile, with a stylish and professional design that can be customized to fit your needs. As a previous backer of the Tefors Flex 1 & 2 shoes, I can confidently say that Tefors is a reliable brand that consistently prioritizes style, professionalism, and practicality.

The products are absolute garbage, you are better off taking $500 in cash and lighting it on fire. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

First time I get a TEFORS product and it is amazing great ( Black Saffiano Ultimatum bag ) and it’s also absolutely beautiful!
