blew up my phone to make an appointment only to find out days later that they didn't even take my insurance

I will never use or recommend this service. Ever. Within two hours of an email saying I was "accepted" and should follow the provided instructions to schedule an appointment, I was called by a rep to schedule an appointment. It was a work day and I was working. I could not follow the email instructions while I was in meetings! And I certainly did not appreciate getting a phone call. This "service" seems to care much more about its income than about the needs of people who try to use it. Update:
As to the "reply" this review received ... the service *did* contact me by email, but was so impatient that it contacted me by phone just two hours later. The second contact was unnecessary, intrusive, and very pushy. I stand by my initial review.

I spoke to this doctor because he was recommended online because of his experience with benzos. He did not change or increase my benzo prescription and offered a sedative antidepressant as an option but antidepressants have not had a good effect for me since I've been trying to solve my problem. He was very nice and seen knowledgeable but I am no closer to solving my issue.

I regret choosing Dr Adele, a lot of what she did wasn’t good.

Constant spam calls/texts.

A terrible experience. I talked to a representative whom “helped” to schedule an appointment. I filled out a 20 page questionnaire but never received an appointment reminder. I then called and was informed my appointment was never scheduled. The lady did schedule another appointment for 830 the next morning,I filed out the 20 page questionnaire again to find out the doctor decided to cancel my appointment 20 min before the schedule time. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone and it was an over all terrible experience. Do not recommend.

The intake interview took an extremely long time. I had spent first part of day filling out all the detailed questions on line and during the phone interview I was asked to repeat everything. (When you are in your mid 70's there is more to remember and report.)
Then I agreed to the mental status exam. By that time I was pretty stressed and failed a few points. This made me feel more stressed and depressed.
Note: I was in a rush because my previous provider was suddenly out of service and unable to renew some of my medications.

Unprofessional behavior, poor communication skills, uncooperative, would not listen.

Never spoke to a human. Got requests to provide my history and payments before I could talk to anyone to test fit. Find a psychiatrist is an interview not an Amazon order

The doctor was great
She looked at everything i said the proper things to me . I thought sge was an amazing doctor and i am happy to be seeing

Dr Toy humanity and listening skills make his clinical practice valuable for my entire family

The money for the appointment was extracted from my bank account BEFORE the actual appointment, which I found a little bit suspicious.
After taking quite some time to fill out about 10 pages of required documentation very thoroughly & specifically,so as to ensure an efficient appointment & make it as easy as possible for the provider I had booked the appointment with.
On the day of the appointment, a few hours before it was confirmed for, I was informed by one of the secretaries that the provider had cancelled the appointment and refused to see me. I was beyond disappointed, scared & upset. I felt betrayed that I had wasted so much valuable time filling out all these forms with all this information about me & my situation in the hopes of seeking help…only to be turned away & relayed a dismissive message from the office secretary, without ever getting any explanation by email or phone from the provider themselves!
My experience made me realize this agency is not worth the time effort or money, when you may very well be turned away without speaking to a provider at all.

The experience was amazing because it was conflict free.

Cancelled my appointment without any explanation.

They said “ If you have any questions, please call us at 888-903-5505.” and I’m calling since Friday and the phone is not ringing, is always in busy mode. I was calling the whole day Friday and yesterday Monday and haven’t received any response. I sent 2 emails and no response back. What am I supposed to do if I want to speak with someone and no one is answering???????

This is about the initial enrollment communication. It is choppy and inaccurate. I received an email that the forms were in the portal. They were not. The digital forms are VERY repetitive, some of them asking the exact same questions on a different page. They also are missing date pickers for date fields and I couldn't enter a phone number for my emergency contact among other issues I had with them. I finished them all, received the confirmation page that they were complete a week ago and still yesterday received a notice via text that they were incomplete.

I actually have not had a session. I believe mine is tomorrow morning. I look forward to it!
