Very prompt reply to my issue either the Tellystick device not connecting to my internet.

I’m not sure if the moxiplayer company is going to remedy the problem.
They seem to be addressing the problem.
Hopefully they will follow through.

Und wollen einen das Geld nicht erstatten, obwohl ich die Sticks zurück geschickt habe Paypal bearbeitet den Fall extrem lange ob ich das Geld zurück bekomme ist sehr fraglich !

Also bloß nicht kaufen da ist schon einer Millionär geworden mit der Masche !

Absolutely SCAMMERS. They added 4 onto my order as I clicked for one.:I immediately contacted them not 5 minutes had gone by and they lied and said their shipping was so good the order was already filled and shipped. A TOTAL LIE. I finally got them to give me an address to return the product back for a credit. I got a tracking number and product has been received by them but the have GONE SILENT. I’m hoping PayPal will go after them for my refund. DONT BUY TELLYSTIK THEY ARE TOTAL LIERS AND FRAUDSTERS.

The TVstick does not work as advertised.It only has a few apps and they want you to sign in and pay. tried to get a return address but they said they would offer a 25% refund which I never received. This company is a scam. Do not buy,

I ordered one TellyStick that took 3 weeks to receive. After I plugged it in I relized that the claim that their product unlocks 1000 +TV channels is 100% false. I discovered that it does not unlock any TV programming local digital channels or otherwise. Their helpdesk phone number placed me on hold for 45 minutes and disconnected me without any return call. Their auto response bot was all apologies and no action. After demanding a FULL refund, they refused to provide me with the return address shipping instructions but offered a 25% refund of the purchase price if I kept the product.
DO NOT BUY THIS PORDUCT. They have misrepresented their product and have a non-responsive support system. I find this product to be VERY useless.

Absolute scam. Ordered one- tried to cancel the same day- yet even though it was 30 mins later, the chinese person claimed it had been sent, and refused to preovide a tracking number for 3 weeks, and said i had to wait to receive it to return it instead and pay for my own postage.
Then while home, the package has been marked delviered.
Tried reaching customer service to be blocked by them and not able to contact them.
Have reported to Fair trading and ACCC

I placed a order for one Tellystick. The order was changed to three(3) without my consent or any type of agreement. I found out this change had been done within hours of placing the original order.
I immediately contacted them and asked what was going on and requested the order be changed back to the original one item ordered. They stated they would contact warehouse. They sent response that warehouse had despatched package and the three items were sent because that is the most popular order quantity!!

I cancelled the order.

For the more than a month I have been going through a nightmare of excuses from this online seller trying to return the unopened package, which arrived weeks after the stated date of despatch. I have been told to pay the return shipment cost. I refuse on the basis that Tellystick made the decision to send the incorrect quantity.
Tellystick have charged my card account by two separate payments. The first one authorised by me for one item. The second went through without authorization from me at precisely the same time on the same date.

I am still fighting to get the package returned and a refund.

I was that Idiot that believed the online advertisement. This organisation cannot be trusted to do anything other than make money for themselves.

I recently purchased a telly stick off of an ad on the Internet. It was 11 days before the items were shipped and I did not receive them for 22 days after I place the order I hooked the item up to my TV and it would not power on, so I decided to return it. in investigating the charges, I found that they had broken my order down into separate charges as I had paid on PayPal. I contacted PayPal to find out why some of the charges were done on a credit card and others came directly out of my bank account I was told that when I purchased these items I had made an agreement for a subscription. I was never made aware of this. This was a one time purchase I believe that it is scammed so that they charge you a monthly fee. It’s not a free service when I asked for a refund they told me they would send me a 25% refund and I could keep the items. Why do I wanna keep things that don’t work when all my money back beware this is an ultimate scam.

This product is a scam. They promised free access to paid TV channels. The ad claims the dongle unlocks the access to all paid TV channels. It's nothing but a chrome cast TV dongle. They promised money back guarantee but the customer service line puts you on hold then hangs up. The customer service email will send you a very nice auto reply but no one will return your email. I lost $180 bucks on a piece of $#it that is not what it claims to be. The product comes unbranded and no address is on the packaging material or bill of sale. It's fake.

Finger weg von diesem Anbieter. Hier sind Betrüger am Werk. Die Webseite ist irreführend. Ich wollte 1 Stick bestellen und habe dann 6 Sticks bekommen und bezahlt. Ein Warenkorb für eine korrektur gibt es nicht Auf der Webseite gibt es auch kein Impressum. Habe das leider zu spät gemerkt. Der Firmensitz soll in Litauen ein. Die Ware kommt aber aus China. Billig eingekauft und teuer verkauft. Rücksendung wenn möglich nur auf eigene Kosten.

So far all correspondence has been replied to promptly Only problem is getting refund from vendor as advertised in their original offer when I ordered Great product but they do not live up to my expectations I would like to return them for refund if possible
