I am truly exasperated with tempramed customer service . I ordered my vivicap to come to the UK and when it arrived it didnât work. The green light would not come on. I have emailed tempramed 10 times and left voice messages but they avoid telling me what to do next . They told me to send it back but how? To where? When will I get the replacement ? How long will it take ? Their answer to my questions was to visit the frequently asked questions section in their website of which there is nothing about faulty good or returns.
I donât know how I can escalate this further

An absolute disgrace they took the money and after one month the item is yet to be dispatched they only provided an airway bill to their preferred courier and insisted they items had been dispatched ! The gadget is good with temperature control. The only disappointment is that the rubber ring inside the tube is rather fagile. Hence, once it wears off, the pen becomes loose and it affects the temperature.

The customer service is not helpful. There response weâre not done within there stated time of 24 hrs no email no correspondence. It took over 3 months to get my problem resolved. I like the pens they are very helpful, but your customer service is something that truly needs a lot of work.

Product not received
I received the carrying case for the TempraMed on Saturday but have yet to receive the acts product. Itâs showing that itâs moving through the network with USPS. I called and left a message for you company on Saturday and left my phone number and email address as instructed on the message and have yet to hear from anyone. If a signature was required then i should have been informed of this when i ordered the product. So now i have a nice case to carry my insulin pen in but no holder that was ordered. Not impressed so far.

Faulty Vivi caps and awful communication
I bought two Vivi caps that didnât work. I followed the instructions from their Support email but they still didnât work. I sent the Vivi caps back to them and sent them a copy of the package tracker, and the confirmation from the packaging company confirming that the package had been delivered and received by Tempramed. I have emailed several times asking for confirmation, a reply or an idea of next steps. They have poor customer service and do not reply to any emails. I have not received any form of communication or a refund for faulty products. I am extremely disappointed and urge people to avoid purchasing from this company.
