I booked this company for a professional end-of-tenancy clean expecting a high standard of service. Unfortunately, the property was not cleaned to the level advertised, with areas missed and issues remaining after completion.

I raised my concerns promptly, however the company maintained that the work met their standards and only offered a small goodwill refund. A re-clean was later offered, but by that point I no longer had access to the property, which made the solution impractical.
If there was a no star rating I would have done it.
Communication was rude, and I was disappointed with the quality of the clean compared to the price paid. I would recommend carefully checking the work before accepting completion if you use this company. Honestly stay away.

Shaida and zanko did a great job with our end of tenancy clean. They were polite, friendly and worked to a high standard.

The booking process with the Tenancy Cleaning was simple and communication good.

End of Builders Clean- 2 Bed Flat
The Operatives were amazing! Unphased by the thick dust which came from holes cut in Laithe and Plaster walls, new Shower room and Kitchen - complete with replacement ceiling! Furniture and bed deeply coated. They left it all sparkling- hard to believe the state it had been in when they arrived. Company who came to hang curtains and blinds next day remarked on how absolutely sparkling the windows all were.
The Cleaners were great people too- very polite and respectful of the space and cheerful and smiley throughout. Wouldn’t even let me make them tea. Brought all their own products and equipment, including a huge stack of dusters and cloths.
I would definitely recommend this Company and will certainly use them again myself.

Abubkra and his colleague came to clean. He is 💯 a professional and did an outstanding job. The flat was like brand new. I don’t know how he got the bathrooms and kitchen so clean. He worked so hard and was friendly, I felt like I could immediately trust him. I can not begin to thank him enough.

Great pricing for an end of tenancy clean on a 2 bed house. I received regular communication up to the cleaning date. I needed to provide a document to the property owner confirming the residence had been professionally cleaned due to having pets in the property.
I discussed this with Mas the Ops Manager who confirmed they would write up a bespoke document for me upon completion to provide.
The cleaning itself was done to a very high standard and the two ladies took me through the property afterwards highlighting all aspects and ensured i was happy with the service before leaving. The property was left in a brilliant condition and no issues with the property owner upon inspection

End of tenancy cleaning required and opted for the cheapest company I could find which happened to be Tenancy Cleaning. I left the 2 guys to the cleaning while I ran some errands and they were gone a few hours later when I returned.

The team who arrived did FANTASTIC job. We discussed beforehand (and on the day) exactly which rooms/areas I should expect to be cleaned and they were all cleaned to a very high standard.

I would highly recommend Tenancy Cleaning and will always use them again should I have any cleaning needs.

Moved house, and reached out that evening, and at noon the next day I had two great guys arrive for a deep clean. Service has been first class, from the initail request for a quote to the end result of a gleaming home. They were professional, friendly and nothing was any trouble.

I moved into an apartment that had allegedly been professionally cleaned but you could see many surfaces were dirty and the carpet needed proper cleaning. So I arranged for a deep clean with tenancy.cleaning. Shaida and Zanko were exceptionally professional and friendly. They did a great job and make the place sparkle! They also showed me video of what came out of the carpets!! I feel much better knowing they cleaned the carpets properly. Highly recommend Shaida and Zanko and I hope to see them again when I next need a cleaning service!

Our flat was in a bit of a chaotic state at the end of tenancy, what with boxes everywhere and running out of time to do all the cleaning needed. Team John in Yarmouth arrived at the time booked and worked through all the mess (sorry about the boxes everywhere and us coming in and out moving!). Flat looked great at the end - thanks!

I recently booked this company for an end-of-tenancy deep clean of a studio flat, and it turned out to be a good decision made during what is always a stressful moving process. The experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely impressive.

Shaida, who led the work, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She arrived on time, which immediately set a reassuring tone for the day. It's such a simple thing, but punctuality speaks volumes about how seriously a person takes their work, and Shaida clearly takes it very seriously indeed.

The quality of the cleaning itself was outstanding. Every corner, surface, and appliance was tackled with real thoroughness and care. The room looked better than it did when I first moved in.

What also stood out was the flexibility on offer. There was no problems with adjusting the timing of the appointment, even though it happened to be on the Easter Sunday. That kind of adaptability is genuinely rare and hugely appreciated when you're juggling the a hundred other things that come with moving out.
Communication throughout was equally excellent — prompt, clear, and friendly at every stage, whether by phone or message. I appreciated the trust shown by the company when it turned out my payment was only pending, not yet cleared, at the time of the appointment.

I recently booked a full property clean with Tenancy Cleaning and the service fell well below what was advertised.

Two cleaners attended for approximately one hour in total, which was clearly not sufficient for the scope of work outlined in the invoice. As a result, multiple areas were either not cleaned at all or were only superficially wiped.

Examples include:

Kitchen cupboards left with visible grime, sticky residue, and food remnants Window frames and tracks still dirty Bathrooms still showing limescale and buildup Skirting boards and floors not properly cleaned General dust and debris (including hair from the previous tenant) still present

I raised these issues during and after the visit, and even had to ask the cleaners to redo basic areas while they were still on site.

When I contacted the company, I was told that their policy is to offer a re-clean as the primary remedy, and if this is declined, refunds are limited to 10% of the booking value. In my case, despite the extent of the work not completed, their final offer was £50 on a £257 service.

In my view, this approach is not in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires services to be carried out with reasonable care and skill. A company policy should not override a customer’s statutory rights where a service has not been properly delivered.

I had offered to accept a re-clean if a different team attended, however this was not possible, and I was not comfortable having the same team return given the standard of the original visit.

Overall, the service did not reflect what was advertised, and the resolution offered did not reflect the level of work not completed.

I would recommend others exercise caution, check the work thoroughly, and be aware of how complaints are handled.

I declined the £50 offer and have proceeded with a chargeback through my bank.

Update to the reply: This is a new build property and only one year old. So yes it looked clean before you started. The purpose of getting in professional cleaners was to deep clean the property. Do things like remove limescale from the bathroom, wash out all kitchen cupboards, clean windows and in the frames etc. I have many photos of all around the property showing what has not been done. I actually have indoor cctv and can see the amount that was not cleaned. Given the extent of what should have been cleaned and for 257 pound it is pretty much impossible to do it all within an hour.

I remain very confident given all of the evidence that AMEX will get me a chargeback.
