I’ve done two now. The second looked NOTHING like the first. And I known allergy I have wasn’t even on it. I feel scammed for sure

Shawn was very helpful and quick to resolve my issue with not being able to complete my submission form.

I received an email saying they had my hair sample I would get the results in 3-5 days. I hadn't had anything so contacted them via their live chat and Shawn helped me and sent through the results very quickly. Many thanks for the speeding help

I was unable to locate my order number through my emails in order to activate my test. I went online through the chat portal and was connected with Shawn who was very helpful, he was able to locate my order number and when the activation feature on my phone still wouldn't submit the form, he was able to activate my kit on the back end. He was pleasant, courteous and extremely efficient.

Shawn was so helpful, it took him minutes to deal with my problem and resolve it, he was polite, and very professional .

I contacted Shawn as I was concerned I had not received my test kit. He explained that I just had to print off an email from them asking for my details and then send a sample of my hair to them as that was what I had paid for. I upgraded to receive a test in the post which he sorted for me in a flash. I was very satisfied with the speedy response from Shawn and for his help

I did not realize I purchased the online kit. I contacted Jesse and was helped immediately. Very quick turnaround and super helpful!
