Had issues with the advanced kit Co reading in fresh air

The supplier taken it back, and sent it back out with no faults reported. Immediately sent back with the same issues. Supplier also got a 1star review.

Long story short, I got a refund from the supplier and got another manufacturer one.

I reached out to testo to help with measuring suction of a device I have. Even though they’ve never tested such a device before they were extremely helpful, allowed me to sit in their office and do the testing, and set things up for me. I ended up buying the device later.

Thank you once again for incredible customer service

I am a Gas Safety registered engineer

I am a Gas Safety registered engineer. Gas Safe engineer's work depends on having a calibrated, in date and accurate equipment Specifically a Flue Gas Analyser. Since my FGA is a Testo 310 and it was due for recalibration, I sent it to Testo UK on 30th August 24. A week passed and no news came through, even though they had my FGA on 31st August. I called them on day six to find out they had left it aside ... They speeded the calibration and got my device the next day. The 1st job I went to and used my Testo 310, all of the readings were incorrect. After multiple times purging and resetting the kit I decided to ask a fellow gas engineer to lend me their Kane 358, all readings were correct on the Kane. Contacted Testo again and since today is day 7 and they still have my device. I cannot even tell how much business I've lost and how poor and unprofessional this company is. Thinking of this brand and the people representing it make me sick. Avoid at all costs

Unable to give a zero star review

Unable to give a zero star review. Working for a college we inquired about a sales rep coming in to give a talk to our students about these products, the industry etc. During the conversation it was clear the rep wasn't too interested. The response we received was "it wouldn't be worth my time". "I will be leaving the company soon so I don't know who will be taking over this area".

Another example of "Gaslighting"

I recently ordered two parts directly through Testo Ltd for my 330-2-LL Gas analyser. Both parts were critical for the device's functionality, and I expressed the urgency to their sales team.

The order was taken, and payment was made.

The package duly arrived albeit with the most important part missing ( The battery) I immediately called them for an explanation and was overwhelmed by the sales team's penchant for "Gas Lighting" in all of its guises and unapologetic position irrespective of how strongly I challenged this behaviour.

I have requested that they provide me with a refund for the battery and hope to be able to find an alternative supplier.

The people I spoke to should be truly ashamed and receive the training and skills required to represent their business in favourable professional terms.

I have copied below the email sent to them cancelling my order.

Hello Lynn

I have decided to request that you cancel my order for the battery and credit me, given your misrepresentation of the replacement battery availability, your failure to notify me that the battery was on "backorder", and your truly appalling behaviour during our conversation.

Furthermore, I will always challenge "Gas Lighting" in any context especially when it appears to be an intentionally adopted cultural behaviour within your organisation.

With this in mind , please confirm whether the telephone conversations are recorded and your process of complaint.

Had massive problems with my Testo 300

Had massive problems with my Testo 300. After it's first calibration the pump failed. It was sent back and forth for months which loses calibration time and now it has yet another problem. I wouldn't give such a bad review just for the hardware as sometimes you just get a wrongun, but customer service is close to useless with zero communication replying to emails. All in all, don't buy Testo.

Testo Customer Services

Purchased a Testo tester from a third party supplier. A year and a bit later, there appeared to be a problem with the self-test (within the cap). Spoke to Testo UK office - they checked my query with their German counterparts, fed back the helpful response and, without even being asked, agreed to send a replacement cap.
This sort of service so rarely happens here in the UK. I'm really impressed! Thank you Testo!
