We're not sure whether you're referring to questions on your official exam or our practice questions, but we'd like to clarify how our program works.
All of our practice questions are based directly on the official manual for your province, which is the same resource used to develop the actual exam questions. However, we understand that sometimes the official exam may include questions that seem to go beyond what's covered in the manual, or they may be phrased in ways that make the connection less obvious.
If you remember any specific questions from your official exam that seemed irrelevant or unrelated to the manual content, we would greatly appreciate if you could share them with us at hello@tests.ca. This would help us ensure that all topics are properly covered and that our future students are as prepared as possible for their official exam.

Regarding your point about question language, it's important to understand that actual exam questions are not public - they're kept confidential and randomly generated from a huge question bank. This means there's no way to know which specific questions each applicant will encounter. However, we do use the official manuals when preparing our practice tests, so all the material you may see on your actual exam is covered in our training, but may be worded differently between our practice tests and the real exam. We're glad to hear that the repetition method worked well for you in internalizing the material and that you were able to adapt to the differently worded exam questions.

Do you have a premium account with us? Note that our free tests are samples only and do not cover the entire manual, unlike our premium accounts which provide comprehensive coverage.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are very sorry to hear about your exam experience.
It's important to understand that the actual exam questions are not public; they are kept secret and are randomly generated from a huge question bank. So there's really no way to know which specific questions each applicant is going to get. We do use the official manuals for preparing our tests, but questions may be worded differently than what appears on the actual exam. Also, please keep in mind that we do not offer a premium plan for motorcycles - we only offer sample tests that do not cover the entire motorcycle manual, even though our practice tests are based on the same manual as the official ICBC exam. This means our motorcycle practice content is more limited compared to our paid Premium plans for car and commercial licenses, and it does not include our pass guarantee. Is there any way you remember any of the questions you received on the exam but not on our practice tests? We would really appreciate it if you could send them over to us at hello@tests.ca so that we can ensure better coverage for our future students. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.

So there's really no way to know which specific questions each applicant will encounter on their exam.
However, we do use the official manuals when preparing our tests, so all the materials that you may encounter on your actual exam are covered in our content. Of course, questions may be worded differently, but the core concepts and knowledge remain the same. We believe that this variation in wording is actually helpful for building a deeper understanding of the material rather than just memorizing specific question formats.

We understand that you were looking for more focused Class 2 content and would like to point out that our course includes both mandatory general knowledge preparation as well as focused Class 2 practice tests to ensure thorough coverage of all required topics.
We noticed that you've completed 1 Class 2 test so far, and we'd encourage you to log back in and continue with the additional Class 2 practice tests for the best exam preparation.

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for any disappointment regarding the subscription timing.
To clarify how our system works, our 7 day Premium becomes available immediately after purchase for exactly 7 days. Since your subscription was purchased in the middle of the day on July 25th, it expired at the same time on August 1st as scheduled - this ensures every customer receives their full 7-day access period.
We understood from your earlier message that you weren't able to download some of the materials while your subscription was active. That's why we made an exception at your request and sent those materials to you directly via email, even after your subscription had expired.
