We understand your frustration, and we want to clarify that the duration and price of each of our premium plans is clearly marked on the purchase page and on your purchase receipt. We do offer lifetime premium for regular cars, but it is priced higher as our pricing is set after careful market research.
We completely understand that everyone has busy work schedules, which is why we encourage purchasing our premium plans at a time when you're able to invest some time for studies. For those with limited availability, our 7-day plan might be a better fit to maximize your study time when you can focus on preparation.

We can see that you contacted us about the final step, which is clearly marked as "Pass official written exam." Just to clarify, we provide test preparation materials only - we don't administer the actual official DMV tests, so we apologize if there was any misunderstanding about that.
Regarding your 70% completion rate, we notice this wasn't mentioned in your previous communication with us. Had you brought this to our attention, we would have been happy to explain that your completion rate would increase to 90-100% by reading and marking as complete the manual sections and downloading the cheat sheets we offer as part of the program.
We also see that you received a refund from us for the regular car premium you purchased, as we don't currently offer motorcycle premium plans. We hope this refund resolved your concerns but you are welcome to contact us directly at hello@tests.ca if you have any further inquiries.

Regarding the exam questions you mentioned that weren't covered, it's important to understand that the actual exam questions are kept confidential and randomly selected from an extensive question bank. There's no way to predict which specific questions each applicant will receive, but we do use the official manuals to prepare our tests, so all materials you may encounter are covered - though questions may be worded differently.
Is there any chance you remember any of the questions you encountered on the exam that weren't in our practice tests? We would really appreciate it if you could send them over to us at hello@tests.ca so we can ensure comprehensive coverage for our future students.

We understand from your review that quite a few questions on the exam were different from what you studied. Does this mean you were not successful on your exam?
It's important to understand that actual exam questions are kept confidential and randomly selected from an extensive question bank, so there's no way to predict exactly which questions each applicant will receive. However, we do use the official manuals to prepare our tests, so all the material you may encounter on your exam is covered - though questions may be worded differently.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your test results.

We understand your frustration, but it's important to keep in mind that the exam center keeps the actual exam questions confidential and randomly selects them from an extensive question bank, so there's no way to know which specific questions each applicant will receive. However, most of our customers report that the majority of questions on the real test are very similar to what they've seen in our program.

This is why it's crucial to fully complete our entire program and successfully pass all the tests we offer. Unfortunately, our system shows that only some of the tests were completed under your account, meaning not all the material was covered, which may have contributed to the challenges you experienced.

If you happen to remember any of the questions you hadn't seen before, we would greatly appreciate if you could share them (even if it's just the general topics or concepts) by emailing hello@tests.ca so that we could cross-check them with our program and continue improving our materials.
