I needed to contact customer support as I was never emailed my result. The customer advisor Jordan sent them to me immediately via email. The results are clear to read and also include a lot of additional information.

I have got my results but had a couple of questions relating to what I could and could not eat. Terry was very quick to answer my questions.
I am now going to do 4 weeks of ommission for the things I cannot be in contact with and retest.

Our processing time starts from the point we receive the sample at our lab. We are not responsible for the time taken for postage.
