Money making racket!
So many things were on my list of intolerances. Infact, most if it were things that I had eaten regularly all my life with no problems. I went to the GP for blood tests and the only thing that came back was a 'slight' fish/seafood intolerance. The doctor actually laughed when I told him about these test results. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

The postal time does not apply to the fast track. We do not take responsibility for the sample until it is with us. Our records show that your test was processed in accordance to the fast track, which means the rest of the time is due to posting.

This has SCAM written all over it
Kit arrived after 8 days. Poor delivery time.
Kit was sent back. NO RESULTS received.
Advised that they had never received back however they send a stamped addressed envelope so they are providing the return postage. If this goes missing so does technically my DNA sample which is now floating about somewhere in the UK.
Company eventually ask if I'd want another kit sent out which I don't as I don't want another sample going missing they then send form for a refund which I have never received.
This has SCAM written all over it. Poor delivery, poor communications and don't expect any refund when it goes missing. Had I sent this myself and paid for postage I'd take full responsibility however as this is provided surely this is the company's fault not mine. Not the case good luck you'll need it

I received my test quickly & had a slight problem with the activation code so contacted the live chat. I spoke with Shawn & he was very helpful & sorted it in just a few minutes. I’m looking forward to receiving the results for my son.
