Issues with delivery
Initially delivery did not arrive
When I spoke to someone they quickly arranged to send another set out
However, it was a couples set I booked and when they resent it they only sent for one person.
They did then send another pack for my partner
Although the delivery was not great the errors were dealt with quickly and professionally

It did take over 2 weeks to come back to me, maybe I should have paid the extra and got results back in a couple of days.

I did not receive my test in the mail
I did not receive my test in the mail. The money was paid in full up front. After several attempts to contact someone, I was unsuccessful. Also tried to get my money back, but to no avail. Very disappointed.

The Results were really quick and…
The Results were really quick and really informative. Everything that the results came back with made total sense with the effects that came along with it.
I will continue to make lifestyle changes and hopefully notice a difference and retake the test again in 4 weeks!
