I ordered 2 bottle of Salted Carmel Crown Royal on Monday Dec.16th 2024 and got my order on Friday Dec. 20th. It was packaged great and they sent emails letting me know when it was shipped and when it would arrive. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Suppose to be a gift
Since this seems to be the only way to get a response. I am beyond frustrated with this company. My order is suppose to be a gift and j leave the 20th and donât have a way to get it to the person once I leave. I paid $25 to ship a $40 item thinking it would actually arrive. It shows itâs been parked for like a week. The order is 93977 and have gotten zero response trying to email. Why charge people stupid amounts of money to ship when it sits parked at a facility indefinitely. Beyond frustrating.

I wish I had come to this website before ordering from The Barrel Tap. I ordered a week ago, have sent emails requesting a status with no responses. I called and the message went straight to music and then requested that I leave a message. Nothing that identified that my call had actually reached The Barrel Tap. Is this a legitimate business and they are just extremely slow and lack greatly in customer service? Or is this place a total scam? At this point, I guess I am at their mercy to find out. nearly missed my friends birthday.
placed a birthday order for a friend of 40 yrs and I hosed up the online info. went back and tied 2 days to get the order to go thu. Finally decided to call and got a super helpful guy who redid the entire order and got a confirmation email minutes later. This customer service guy not only redid my order but explained what I did to hose the order. Problem solved.

I ordered a bottle of scotch from them 1 1/2 weeks ago and promptly cancelled the order 30 minutes later due to circumstances that it was not something that was liked.
They ignored my email and shipped it a week later. I called them and was told that they do not allow for cancellations, even though I had quickly cancelled it 30 minutes after ordering and they waited a week plus to ship!
This is a joke and I disputed the charge to my credit card company but what kind of service is this that does not allow cancellation before shipping? Crazy BAD SERVICE.

For months Iâve been trying to locate Sir Davis by Beyoncé, which is always out of stock here in Georgia. The Barrel Tap had plenty & shipped out right away. The reason Iâm giving this place 10 stars is because there was an issue with my order, no fault of theirs to be clear, but I emailed, got a quick response and together a resolution was reached. Totally unexpected to me, but the customer service & speediness of it all warmed my spirit. Made me really feel like I mattered! I know one thing, they have gained a loyal customer. Correct product with terrible packaging practices
I recently purchased a rare and hard-to-obtain bottle of Crown Royal Reserve (12 Years) from The Barrel Tap. I was excited to finally find this collectible at a reasonable price, as itâs difficult to acquire. However, I was extremely disappointed with the way the product was packed. The box was poorly protected during shipping, resulting in significant damage to the original packaging. This is particularly frustrating as the collectible value of the item is now greatly diminished due to the ruined packaging.
As a collector, the condition of the original packaging is crucial to maintaining the value of the item. I immediately emailed the company to express my concerns about this issue and also mentioned that I have another pending order with them. I requested they send replacement boxes for the damaged products and ensure that my upcoming shipment would be packed with better care. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response from the company regarding my concerns, which is disappointing given the nature of this collectible item and the fact that I am a repeat customer.
I truly hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves their packaging practices to protect the value of such items in the future. While the product itself was a good find, the lack of proper customer service and care in packing has left me reconsidering future purchases. If the second shipment is not properly done, I will dispute the transactions given their customer service doesnât respond. I wouldnât recommend this company if you intend to collect the products as commodities until they increase in value.

What I got was a Codigo box and a bottle with the state of California and a bear on it. I sent them a picture of what they sent me and their response was â itâs the same juice â in a special bottle.
