I first signed up and used the courses back 2020 in preparation for my second birth. I have since used again for my third birth in December 2022.
Following a pretty horrendous first labour and delivery, I was very frightened and nervous at the prospect of it happening again. However after completing the programme I had a completely different view and was actually excited to use the skills I'd developed. I felt knowledgeable and was provided the right information to help me make informed decisions. Having detailed information on the stages of labour and having methods in place to manage those stages made me feel incontrol and as a result my second and third labour and delivery where both calm and complete 360 to my first.
I have not stopped signposting friends who are expecting to check out the bump to baby, highly recommended. Thank you for enabling me to have the labour and delivery I always wanted.

Beth and her course was a lifesaver whilst I was pregnant through the lockdown in Summer 2020. With limited resources Beth's course put my mind at ease and provided such valuable information. I felt so much more informed and at ease when it came to giving birth in 2021. I also joined a WhatsApp group of ladies due in the same month and two years on we still support each other through everything. I've even met a few face to face. Lifetime access too which is great for the next pregnancy! Thank you Beth for being a lifesaver during my most vulnerable time ❤️

I brought TB2BC course during lockdown with my first child who was due Feb 2021. My sister & I were expecting two weeks apart so we sat and did the course remotely together. I ended up having an emergency C-Section and I was so pleased my partner and I watched the video about it. We both were calm as cucumbers going into theatre & the whole experience was amazing. I also purchased the 4th triemester which I watched through night feeds which helped massively especially them first 8 long newborn weeks! I also watched the whole course again for my second who was due July 2022. I’m always raving it to my pregnant friends & they all love it too!!

The course was so easy to follow and made me feel so much more relaxed and prepared for birth.

I loved the easy accessibility of the online course and felt empowered after doing the training. It’s informative, realistic and to the point so I felt ready and prepared for whatever happened in birth. It allowed me to feel relaxed when things didn’t go to plan! I recommend this plan to all my pregnant friends and all have said just how great it is too!

This is the best resource for preparing for birth and life with a newborn anybody could wish for! Very straightforward, detailed and valuable information, but explained in such a reassuring manner, that it will take much of the anxiety away and help look forward to having a baby! I was very grateful to have found Beth's course and highly recommend it!

I completed the online course at the end of 2020 when Covid was in full swing. As you can remember, face to face sessions were not going ahead so I did this course as an alternative to antenatal classes that my local hospital had put on hold due to Covid. This was my second baby, but with a 12 year age gap so it all felt new and scary! I loved this course. The videos were so simple, informative and to the point. The Facebook group was also really helpful. Excellent value for money as I could rewatch the videos at any time. Luckily my birth went really well, I had a water birth in the birthing centre and used the breathing techniques I'd practised during the course. I would definitely recommend this course, and would also recommend partners to watch the videos as Beth explains things very concisely and clearly. Thank you Bump to Baby Chapter!

I found it really useful to be able to work through the information at my own pace and dip in and out of areas I wanted to focus on. I went back over some sections more than once which helped me get my head around them.
I used this along side NCT classes and it helped me consolidate my learning

Honestly was so great to have this before I went into labour with my first. And I'm using it for my second, due imminently. Beth is so real and down to earth and incredibly knowledgeable being a midwife herself. There's no fooling you as to what birth is like but the course gives you all the tools you need to deal with all types of birth positively and calmly.

I can’t recommend the B2B course enough - I love the ‘knowledge is power’ ethos and felt prepared for birth regardless of how it went. I felt calm and in control throughout labour, all thanks to the course. I’ve recommended it to all of my friends and will definitely use it again should I be lucky enough to have more little people.

I bought the guide close to the end of my second pregnancy and it really helped me prepare for my c section and also appreciated Beth's guidance around gestational diabetes.

The honesty and the fact that there was all the information from the right place and delivery of it with care. It was great to hear from others who had specific roles and the explanation of how things would be was enough to empower me to know I could do it.

This course changed my birth!! It gave me the power to be in control of how my baby was delivered and everything in between. The baby chapter has given me the knowledge to understand my baby. Is it worth the £39 - hell yes, would I pay more - absolutely.

I am a first time mum to be, i have just over 7 weeks to go! I always had the wrong idea about what hypnobirthing was, im so glad i researched more. I saw an advertisement for TBTBC, and im so glad i did. I was excoted to be pregnant, but terrified that id have to give birth. I started the course at around 20 weeks i think, and its enabled me time to revisit sections and boost my confidence for labour and birth. My partner has also watched most parts so that he can help me make decisons when the time comes and feel involved. Midwives i am with are great and antenatal classes have been offered but I feel so much better starting this early on. Im a planner and like to know options. That being said i am very open minded to my labour and will go with the flow and whats available to me oh the day, as i dont want a set plan that may not go the way i planned! I am amza i feel like this but i am putting faith in my body and the midwives around me at the time. Knowing i have the knowledge to help make decisions if needed makes me feel so much better. Still have some nerves as the day is drawing closer but i remind myself that i can do this and my body can do this. Thank you to Beth and your team for making this course so affordable for all and full of everything you need to feel empowered. The Facebook group is amazing and full of supportive parents, i do sit in the background but know its there if i need it. :) thank you, thank you , thank you.

Good course that you can revisit whenever you need to. The website tracks your progress so you can see which videos have been completed. Really helped my mindset and confidence to prepare me for labour. I followed the advice on tearing and I didn't tear! I think this was a mixture of me following the course and just pure luck but I would recommend it to anyone.
