I am so pleased I invested in the birth and baby courses before my birth. Everything is so well and simply explained and I went into labour feeling relaxed and knowledgeable. I love that you can go back and rewatch the videos as much as you, so helpful now that my little one is here for reassurance. Thank you so much Beth & other experts, a fantastic course.

Love the information delivered in this course, and Beth made everything so simple to understand - I really feel like it prepared me well for birth and made me feel much more in control. I also liked the fact that each topic is a short, manageable video that I could go back and rewatch whenever I wanted. Would recommend!

My Partner & I found this course so helpful in prep for my birth. I had such a positive experience and my birth went exactly how I'd hoped - I know nature comes mostly into play but I do really credit this course with keeping my mindset so positive throughout and I felt in control and knowledgable using the tools Beth teaches. It was great to be able to do in our own time and refer back to as well - and now we have it for life so can go back for reminders with the next baby!

I cannot recommend this course enough! I knew I wanted to do a hypnobirthing course very early on, then when I found Beth’s course and saw the price I joined without hesitation! I had a complicated pregnancy and this course made me feel so calm and relaxed about my birth. My partner also watched with me so he knew what to expect and it helped him too. I ended up going into labour at 36+4 after my waters had broken at 34+5 weeks! I was supposed to be having a section at 37+3 as my baby was breech. Thanks to this course, I was able to stay calm, practice my breathing, keep moving and upright at home for the first 6 hours before going to hospital to be told I was already 7cm and could try a natural birth if I wanted! 2 hours after arriving at hospital I had pushed my baby out, bum first without pain relief! Something I never thought I would be able to do. This course was honestly such a blessing for me as the breathing techniques I learnt and the knowledge that staying calm and happy to build my oxytocin, to help my labour progress made it possible for me to avoid a section and have a calm birth that I look back on so positively and am actually excited to experience again, despite me having what everyone else classes as a traumatic labour and birth.

This course changed my life! I was SO anxious about pregnancy, labour and birth but this course completly altered my outlook and gave me confidence! The videos are easy to follow and understand, the Facebook group is brilliant and I’m still part of the “due date” WhatsApp group 9 months later and I believe I will be for years to come. I would reccomend this course to ANY pregnant woman and I tell anyone and everyone I can about the truly brilliant impact this course had on me and my pregnancy

This course was probably the best thing that I have ever purchased in my life. At first I saw it advertised on Facebook and I am a bit sceptical about these things but as it was covid and there were no antenatal classes available I decided to enrol. I always had the ‘ignorance is bliss’ approach to child birth but trust me it is not! Even though my birth did not go according to plan as my daughter came 3 weeks early, I was so calm. My partner did not believe me when I told him that we should go to hospital, when we got there I was 9cm and baby was about to make her arrival, he just couldn’t believe it. I thank Beth and this course for that, it actually made my childbirth experience a complete joy, so thank you.

The Bump to Baby Chapter is so informative. It's in a laid back and relaxed way of learning. You can take it at your own speed without any pressure to have things completed at a certain time. The 4th trimester chapter is an eye opened - especially as a first time mom! It made me understand the what, why's and how's of life with a newborn.

A wealth of information which was easy to access and understand.
Such a huge help throughout my pregnancy and labour. Made the birth of my third boy so straightforward and a truly beautiful experience.

After taking this course, I felt completely equipped for labour.

We used the B2B course in preparation for our first baby. It was really useful to be able to work through the course in our own time and to be able to repeat sections that we were uncertain on. My husband particularly found it really useful as he was able to laugh, ask 'silly' questions and panic whenever he wanted in the comfort of our living room.

This course was absolutely invaluable in helping me make informed decisions about my birth and keeping calm and in control. I recommend this to anyone who is pregnant, as it really helped me! My baby was born in March and I honestly had the most magical birth and I felt empowered and amazing thanks to Beth and her information in the course!

I bought Beth’s course as I found her on Instagram after listening to her Q&A’s I decided to buy it. When I tell you the course itself helped me through what could of been the most stressful situation, I’m not lying. My waters went, I was 4cm dilated almost immediately but baby was bum down. I had an emergency c section. The nurses and staff commented on how calm I was and how knowledgeable I was. That’s all down to Beth and her course. Not only did she guide me through one of the most important times of my life, I also found a WhatsApp group through her Facebook page of mums who’s babies were born the same month as mine. These ladies are my favourite people in the entire world. We talk daily about everything and anything and I couldn’t do this mum life without them.

This course helped prepare me perfectly for birth. I felt in control and calm the whole time, managed to get through contractions with just breathing and even came out of my birth with a positive attitude even with the emergency intervention!

These webinar sessions were the most valuable source of information for me and my partner while pregnant. I'm delighted I discovered them online and will continue to use them as a resource postpartum.

I am due at the beginning of December with my first child, so this is all completely new to me!
I stumbled across Beth on Instagram one day and so glad I did! Her Instagram was really informative and then I saw that she was selling a course for £39 (so cheap)! Obviously I purchased it straight away. I am currently halfway through about 40 videos plus other info included, and I have already learnt so much and feel calmer about my upcoming labour and birth. There is tonnes of info on there, including what to expect, how to say no to certain things, what happens if you need a caesarean and stuff for partners too.
If you are thinking whether you should buy this course, I would definitely recommend you do. It's yours to keep forever as well!

As soon as I got pregnant (first time), I was overwhelmed with all the things I had to do, buy, learn and decide.

A completely new universe to me, even though I had some experience with nephews and cousins. But it is not the same thing.

The thought of giving vaginal birth made me anxious for not knowing what was going to happen, especially because I’m from another country with different culture and procedures on the birth (hugely encouraging c section)… and that fear and anxiety was reflecting negatively in many areas of my life.

So I bought The Bump Chapter Course to get more quality information about birth and know what to expect on one of the most important days of my life!

I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant now and am very happy with my purchase! Every class adds so much value, and it gets me more excited and less fearful of what’s towards me.

I have no idea what would’ve happened if I went to the birth without everything I’m learning in this course!

Literally, in every class, I learn something new.

And I have no idea what’s going to happen. How the birth is going to be.

But I’m focusing on the things I can do to best prepare myself and there is nothing better to calm a pregnant woman down than to learn from someone knowledgeable, with many years of experience with all kinds of birth, explaining every situation and how to better deal with them.

Really insightful course to prepare for a new arrival. The biggest thing myself and my husband got out of the course was knowledge of all the options available during the pregnancy and birth - understanding how/when to advocate for ourselves made us feel really confident in the weeks leading up to delivery.
