We rang in advance to see if the car was still for sale and they removed the advert for the car while we were travelling to make sure nobody else could buy it, unlike all the other dealers we had visited recently. George was extremely helpful throughout the process and even sourced a spare wheel for the car at no extra cost. The car is excellent and the service was 1st class.

Everything was easy and dealt with efficiently. Car was valeted and ready to go. Not much fuel in though.

Took one of our twins to see the car stock at Repossessions UK Winsford. He chose a white 2010 Audi S4 Avant. However, being a 14 year old car it did have a few minor cosmetic issues which you would expect (split in a door seal, centre console trim piece split etc). My son asked if any of the trim would be replaced and they said “yes” so he purchased the car. Car took a few days to be prepared and I did warn him that he’d be very lucky if half the trim pieces would actually be supplied ( figured it was just talk to get him to buy), how wrong was I. Everything asked for was supplied with zero fuss. I don’t think I’ve seen a vehicle purchase be so stress free and pleasant. Guess where our next family car is being purchased from !! Top marks to the staff at Winsford. They really know their stuff.

What can I say about repossessions absolutely fantastic bought a car recently traveled from Scotland to Winsford with that unsure feeling but amazing prices great car drove home not an issue after a week the car developed a fault Caitlin was on it in flash had the car uplift dropped of a courtesy car car was back in couple of weeks all good week done guys great service defo be back for my next car thank you

I bought an RS Focus on 6th April 2024, the car was parked in such away that i did not see the badly corroded wheels, or chip marks on the paint work due to low lighting, the car car had 0 miles in the tank, the remote controls were flat, i drove the car home to find the front fog light surrounds hanging off as the clips had been broken, the steering column made a terrible creek on the way home, i then found that that the steering lock did not work, their was oil all over the rear of the car from the exhaust, and I could see black smoke in my rear view mirror, this is due to a leaking turbo, the paperwork states theirs a leaking turbo, when i questioned this i was told i had evidence of the repair from the previous owner, no such paperwork exists, i contacted the previous owner who states that he did not have the repair done. I paid £21,500 for the vehicle with 61000 miles on the clock, the advert states fsh with loads of paperwork, no service history in the car wallet, two bits of evidence that the car was serviced at 10,000 and at 48000 miles, and a receipt for bonnet vents, hardly loads of paperwork, the car has not been serviced since December 2022. the air filter is black as is the oil which was low. no compressor etc. in the boot just an out of date tin of tyre repair.
The response from the dealership, the car comes under value so you need to do the chips and wheels yourself, , my car is not under value, and is this is the case why not put this in the sales advert with close up pics of the wheels etc., their next response was to take a picture of the creaking steering column, and the steering lock not working ? how does that work ?, then take a picture of the oil coming out of the exhaust when under boost, you need to drive to do that so how's that going to happen, no explanation for the flat car remote controls, or the fog light moldings, or missing boot parts, instead of an apology and we will put it right, they make as many excuses with no help what so ever, if i had seen the poor reviews beforehand, i would not of touched the dealership with a barge pole. I have contacted the finance company and explained the situation, i have given the dealership 5 working days to come up with a resolution, otherwise the car will be returned and i will put a claim in through the small claims court for losses., I have also contacted the director, who has not responded.
