Stayed at Lys Blanc which is huge and in a great location for finishing the day at Robbie’s and heading home. We were looked after like royalty from the minute we arrived. Food was delicious and plentiful and our delightful chalet girls were both professional and delightful company. We’ve booked lots of chalets in the past but the attention to detail and personal service provided by the Chalet Company throughout the booking process and holiday itself really makes it stand out from the rest- we will definitely book again with them.

This was the fourth year we have stayed with The Chalet Company We continue to come back every year because the quality of accommodation is great, the chalet hosts are always friendly and most hospitable. The food is of a good standard and the hosts will accommodate any dietary requirements. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic holiday from start to finish. The team were super helpful with organising lift passes, transfers etc in advance of the holiday; in resort staff were mega friendly, efficient and excellent at their jobs; the food was tasty and plentiful; the lift that would have made our chalet ski in/ski out was closed, so the team arranged lifts to and from the piste for us without us even asking; one of our party was ill and the team went above and beyond ferrying us around pharmacies & doctors’ to get medication; the hot tub and sauna at Chalet Evergreen were the cherry on top. The accommodation was basic but comfortable, exactly what we needed. It was an excellent value holiday and will look at The Chalet Company for future trips - thanks team!

Fantastic service and value for money. From the booking experience, all the way through to resort arrival, stay and departure.

Everything was arranged (and often re-arranged at our request) without fuss. Once in resort chalet staff and resort team were very friendly. Food and drink was very good standard, and the chalet we stayed in was probably the best located chalet we’ve stayed in whilst staying in the 3 valleys (where we’ve stayed many times).

The Chalet Company staff were excellent from start to finish. The food was superb and the drivers were supper friendly too. 5 stars for the whole team.

We stayed with The Chalet Company in Meribel as a group of 8 and had the holiday of a lifetime! Phil made everything so easy for us to organise from start to finish and we had a wonderful stay. The chalet was gorgeous and our hosts, Gabriel and Emily, made us delicious food every day. I would recommend the company in a heartbeat!

I love dealing with Phil and the team at the chalet company, I organise a large ski group trip every year and they are by far the best company I deal with. Chalet Evergreen is great, fabulous location, hot tub always excellent hosts which you need when looking after big group. They organise as much or as little as you want them to and just make organising the annual ski trip a pleasure rather than a chore.

I had an amazing time completing my ski instructing course with Ski Skool and the Chalet Company. The host (Anna) was very personable and made delicious meals to keep us going during our long days skiing. There were a few tricky people in the chalet with me but she dealt with them professionally and with kindness. I will be recommending this company to friends and family!

Very impressed by Chalet Impala ... what a place! There are just so many stunning features – the hot tub, sauna, terrace, huge open-plan lounge and most of the bedrooms (apart from one small one but it was for a single lady). Food was lovely, Aimee & Charlie were charming hosts and, well, we can’t wait to come back next season!

A last minute trip of a lifetime! From start to finish our wonderful host (Anna) bent over backwards to make sure we had the perfect trip. The experience of booking was seamless platform and we could log details easily. Our pickup experience at the airport was smooth running and the chalet itself was gorgeous. From the get go, Anna was chatty, smiley and a joy to see morning and night. She was a natural with our children and cooked up an incredible meal (better than half of the restaurant meals we had on the mountain!). Will definitely be telling family friends about The Chalet Company, and rest assured we'll be back (when we can!).

Terrible cook throughout the Course, never mad w a decent meal, and wouldn’t let us even cook for ourselves. I just found out our season pass was refunded because it was cut short by COVID and they pocketed MY MONEY. absolutely a terrible experience with this company. 0 stars would be most appropriate.

I don’t even know where to begin, other than to say FIND ANOTHER HOSTING COMPANY!!!

Couldn’t have been much worse. Our host Anna was rude, completely unpersonable and had a lack of any culinary skill whatsoever. We suffered through an entire season with her and our complaints were not even acknowledged. No one from Chalet company cared that she didn’t clean properly, cooked horrendous meals, and made everyone feel uncomfortable by blasting her music like the chalet was hers and being inappropriate even in conversation... what an unfortunate loss for us of a season that could have been much more enjoyable under different circumstances.

Give Chalet Company a definite SKIP, you can find better for yourself - you deserve better in your holiday!

Worst experience I've had, the 'friendly host' we were promised was awful, food was unedible and we were even allowed to use our kitchen or fire place.The host was about 18 and more interested in partying than hosting us, she did a poor excuse for cleaning and even worse at the food. She was rude and made us feel uncomfortable in our chalet, all complaints fell on deaf ears, once the company has your money they no longer care.

Excellent all round experiences. We’ve stayed with the Chalet Company for 5 of our last 7 years (soon to be 6), and they’ve never disappointed. A great range of chalets, great service (in advance and at the chalet) and good food. I thoroughly recommend. On the chalets, if you’re looking for luxury then go for Impala, otherwise Evergreen is a great all around experience. Do give them a go.

We’ve had better on chalet holidays. Not the best but also not the worst. Chalet was a bit pokey and food a bit simple and homely but overall ok. Great service. There are better options with more luxury food and acomm that are better value for money.
