The chalet, Pied De Voute, Meribel, was a great size with plenty of eating, relaxing and sleeping space for our party of 15 and the hot tub was a welcome addition.
The staff, both at the chalet and the drivers, were all very friendly and exceptionally helpful.
James, Hannah and Alex, our chalet staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough to help us. A big thank you to them all.
The food was of a great standard and certainly plentiful (as was the wine!) - again thank you James.
We had a great holiday in relaxing surroundings and would recommend it to anyone.

Best chalet company I have ever used. We are a group of 14 who planned a stay in Chalet Impala in March this year. From start to finish, Phil, Anneliese and team bent over backwards to make sure we had the perfect trip. They were responsive, had a seamless platform where we could log details of our group travels - nothing was ever too much to ask. Our pickup experience at the airport was perfect and we were FLOORED when we stepped into Impala - I have never been in a chalet so beautiful. From the get go, our chalet hosts were smiley, cheery, responsive and willing to help with everything. The food was divine. Unfortunately our excitement was cut short as the French government shut down all ski resorts the night we arrived. During a stressful time, Phil and team were responsive, communicative, helpful and reasonable. We were devastated we did not get to see more of what Impala had to offer but we are already looking to book our holiday for next year - that's how good the experience has been. Thank you guys!

We were a group of 6 ( three couples ) who stayed at Chalet Bruyere. This was our first time with the The Chalet Company and they were a fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. The booking staff were very helpful and knowledgable which made all the pre travel arrangement stress free. The team locally where the best we've ever experienced. Without exception every member of the team was a pleasure to deal with. Our hosts Tom and Hannah were extremely friendly, professional and great fun and produced top rate food. The transfers back and forth to the slopes each day were flexible and reliable and the Chalet was very comfortable. We had a couple of problems of our own making that Katie the Chalet Manager and Tom and Hannah quickly solved for us. We will definitely use again.

Difficult one here ... we have stayed with The Chalet Company before and I gave them a five stars but unfortunately this time we couldn’t travel to Méribel because of the Coronavirus so I can’t do that! I am giving them four stars however, as I felt that they dealt impeccably with a very difficult situation. We were due to travel on 11th April 2020 and so communication was key for. We found them to be very timely, polite and informative. I hope things resolve themselves soon as we would be keen to come back out again in 2021!

Fantastic chalet and fantastic service throughout the process - looking after all our needs leading up to the holiday as well as during the actual week.
We have been using chalets in Meribel for 20 years and The Chalet Company are right up there at the top of our list - the quality of the accommodation and the fantastic service provided by the chalet staff and in-resort staff were second to none.
Thank you so much - we'll be back next year!

We’ve booked a good few of these trips and I think we were all in agreement that this was the best yet, not least because of all the excellent Chalet Company staff.

Excellent service throughout from booking to in resort. The chalet comfort, food and service was excellent and a step up from our experience with the larger companies. The chalet hosts could not do enough to help. Ski rental was arranged with delivery to chalet.

Everything about our holiday With The Chalet Company was excellent from the first encounter with their helpful team online to our delightful chalet host who was a great cook and looked after us in so many ways. The chalet itself was tasteful, comfortable and well equipped. A spacious bootroom and a lift to the apartment were welcome too, as was the peace of the place set back from the road but still just a few mins away from the piste, a luxury in Meribel. Another bonus is that where you get onto the snow you can reach the Adret lift (open 9am during our stay) so you don’t have join the crowds at the bottom. Also right there is the legendary Ront Point apres ski bar, live music from 5.30-7pm, though you can’t hear it from the chalet. I really could go on about Foret and the wonderful Chalet Company staff - it’s hard to fault them! One more thing - the wine they give you is truly drinkable and there is delicious Prosecco, Peroni and soft drinks - and plenty of it. All our foibles and requests were met with a smile and every effort to fulfil them was made. If you hire skis Etc through them they’ll be brought to and collected from the chalet if you like, as will lift passes. A bit more cupboard space and a few more hooks were about the only tiny things we could put as constructive comments on the parting feedback form. We are looking forward to another holiday with this superb company and though we hope they expand beyond the Meribel valley it is probably a strength that they concentrate on one place and present it brilliantly.

we have really been Very happy with the hole organisation of our holidays. Everything was really done to let us be free of any obligation, true holidays, Nothing to think about exept profite of our time. The meals were perfect, delicious. The Young people which were keeping the house, making the meals ... were really so kind !
The transports were also just so easy !
I'll choose the same thing for next year !

Fantastic holiday. Stayed at chalet impala, which was stunning, and the chalet hosts, drivers, whole team were fantastic from start to finish. Warm, friendly, helpful, funny and a delight.

We brought a group of 14 from New York to Chalet Pied de Voute and had a perfect week. The chalet was great, the food was amazing and Hannah and James and the rest of the staff were great hosts. Very convenient location, especially with the help of the shuttle to the hill every morning. We would definitely return.

Another great week with the Chalet Company. Everything just works - the booking system, transfer to resort, the fabulous chalet and host and getting home again. Thanks for taking care of the details so we could enjoy 8 wonderful days skiing.

We had an absoultely fantastic week in Meribel! 8 of us stayed in Chalet Eldeweiss and it was a perfect. The chalet was ideally located, just across the road from the lift, shop and bar! Dan our host was really friendly and a great chef. We were particularly impressed with the food considering the mix of dietries we had in our group. All of the Chalet Company staff were helpful and answered any questions we had throughout the week. I highly recommend a stay with The Chalet company and Chalet Eldeweiss.

We had a fantastic time on our skiing holiday. We thought the chalet was very nice and in a brilliant location. The chalet hosts, Callum and Lauren were brilliant all week, very organised and the food was very good all week. The drivers were always on time and the staff were always incredibly polite. I am already keen to book Chalet Dou Pont again for next year so please get in touch with me early doors to sort it out!
