I had a very pleasant experience with our area manager Simon Raphael. He got us all signed up with no bother whatsoever. I highly recommend using CPA as your IBG if this is something you require.

Following my following complaint, the CPA called right away and they took care of my complaint seriously and resolved the problem I am very happy with their service.

MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT
I am incredibly upset with the service I've received from the CPA. They have completely ignored me despite multiple attempts to contact them, and they seem to think that it's okay for customers to waste their time chasing them down. It took three phone calls and three emails just to get an acknowledgement - and who knows how many more I would have had to make before seeing any kind of response? It's unacceptable, and they should clearly communicate how many times a customer needs to contact them before getting a response.

We have been working with Simon and the team at The CPA for a few months now. The system is very user friendly, and if we require any additional details or changes to contract the team have always been helpful and responded in a timely manner.

Being new to Business and the necessary Insurances needed I cannot praise Simon Raphael enough - He has guided me through every stage and gone that extra mile to make sure I fully understood and had the tools I needed to incorporate the different types of insurances in our Sales offers. I would certainly recommend to all my business and personnel circle and am truly grateful for his help

We are on our 3rd year with CPA and we couldn't recommend them enough. The staff are very helpful, always on the end of a phone if need be and all requests are actioned within an expected time scale.

We have been with The CPA since 1994, with a gap of about two/three years in the middle where someone said they could do a better job, but we finished up going back with The CPA, so therefore been with them coming up to 25 years.
Friendly and efficient company, and would highly recommend them.

This so-called guarantee is worthless. It doesn't guarantee that if the job was badly done it will be fixed. The contractor has to have gone out of business as well. So when the contractor told me all his work is guaranteed for 10 years, he was not being honest.

Absolute shocking, do nothing at all to cover you, if a company says they are with these, DO NOT purchase, it's a total blag, ripping off T***S.
