Great service from ordering to


Great service from ordering to delivery. Excellent quality too. The shelves look absolutely fab and were really easy to put up. Cannot fault anything and kitchen now nearly complete!

Beautiful product

Beautiful product, the product looks so good in our kitchen and we can't wait to start using it and the glass storage underneath is such a nice touch. The experience was easy, updated throughout and delivery of the product was brilliant as well. We are definitely going to looking at other products for our house going forward.

Lovely shelves and exactly how described.
Handy that it came with all fixings so didn’t have to faff about buying them. Would definitely use again, delivered quick and provided tracking.

Fabulous customer service.

I purchased a shelf and J brackets unfortunately the shelf didn't fit on the brackets. One email later and all sorted, they arranged for the return of the brackets and have sent out an alternative style bracket which we are just waiting on. Fabulous customer service 👍🏌

The product is great although ordered then 2 days later they reduced it. Emailed them but never responded. Frustrating

We've checked for an email from you but we don't have one. We would have been more than happy to discuss the reduction with you.

We're very sorry that although you acknowledge that the shelves are a great product, you could only award us three stars.

The reason for the price reduction (temporary promotion) is due to the fact we're in retail and we have to respond to the number of orders that we're receiving at any given time. If orders are low then we have to use tools in order to increase orders. One of these tools is to offer a discount. This is just like any other retailer who also have temporary offers on such as H&M, John Lewis, ASOS...
