Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and we are genuinely sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced.

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to pay for a membership and then feel unable to access the members area or receive the support you needed. That is not the level of service we want any member to experience.

We do have a simple cancellation process available through our website, where members can cancel their membership at any time. However, based on your review, it is clear that your experience has not been as smooth or as straightforward as it should have been, and we sincerely apologise for that.

We have recently updated our website, members area and email systems, and it appears your account access and cancellation confirmation have not been handled properly during this process. We are pleased to hear that you have now been able to access the members area, but we fully appreciate that the cancellation and auto-renewal confirmation still needs to be resolved.

Please be assured that we will personally look into this and confirm the status of your subscription and auto-renewal.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are very sorry to hear about the frustration you have experienced and that you feel your cancellation request has not been resolved.

We do have a cancellation option available on our website under the page “How To Cancel”, which gives our members the flexibility to cancel their membership at any time.

We also have an automated email reply system in place, so when a member contacts us, an instant response is sent with helpful information covering common member questions, including how to cancel, how to log in, and how to access the members area. However, we appreciate from your review that you feel you did not receive the support or confirmation you needed, and we sincerely apologise for any confusion or inconvenience caused.

We understand your concern regarding the renewal and lack of communication. That is not the experience we want any member to have, and we would like to look into this personally for you.

Please email us directly at support@thefamilytravelclub.com with the subject line Cancellation Review Follow-Up, and we will prioritise checking your account, confirming the status of your membership, and making sure your auto-renewal has been stopped where requested.

Thank you for your review, and I’m really sorry for the frustration caused.

I can confirm that if your subscription renewed on 21.03.26 and you have proof of payment, we can absolutely check this from our side and make sure your membership access and email preferences are updated correctly.

We have been upgrading our systems and adding new features for our valued members, and it sounds like your account may not have synced correctly with our email system after payment. This may explain why you are still receiving renewal reminders, but it is not the experience we want for any of our members.

We are very sorry to read this and completely understand your frustration.

We want to reassure you that The Family Travel Club is a genuine family-run business, and we are currently upgrading our systems with new features for our valued members. During this process, some members may have experienced login or email delivery issues, particularly with password reset emails going into junk/spam folders or not being delivered correctly.

We also want to clarify that we do have a cancellation process available on our website under the How To Cancel page, giving members the flexibility to cancel their membership at any time. In addition, all emails sent to us should receive an instant automated reply with helpful information on logging in, cancelling, and accessing member support.

Regarding school holiday deals, we do share a wide range of family travel offers throughout the year, including school holiday availability where possible, but availability and pricing can change quickly depending on the provider and demand.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are genuinely very sorry to hear that your experience with The Family Travel Club left you feeling disappointed.

We completely understand your frustration, especially when you were hoping to find deals that suited your needs as a single parent. We are also very sorry that you felt unsupported when you reached out for help. That is not the experience we want any member to have.

Our aim at The Family Travel Club is to help families save both time and money when planning their next holiday. We share over 200 travel deals each month, along with exclusive discounts and free travel guides, with the goal of making family travel more affordable and easier to access for as many of our members as possible.

That said, we do appreciate that prices are live and can change quickly depending on dates, airports, availability, room type, and the number of travellers. We understand how frustrating that can feel, particularly when a deal no longer matches the price originally seen, and we also recognise that not every offer will suit every family setup.

Your feedback is incredibly important to us, as it highlights where we need to keep improving, both in how we present our deals and in how we support our members when they reach out for help.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience.

At The Family Travel Club, our aim is to help families save both time and money by sharing over 200 travel deals each month, along with exclusive discounts, free travel guides & holiday giveaways worth thousands. Many of our members find real value in the time saved searching and in the offers available through the club, so we are naturally disappointed to hear that this was not your experience.

We also want to be clear that our membership is not based on sending constant emails, but on giving members access to a wide range of travel deals, savings and guides throughout their subscription. We are sorry if you feel the recent emails created a different impression.

We appreciate that some travellers may prefer to search for deals independently, but our service is designed for those who value curated offers, convenience and the additional savings and inspiration we provide.

We take feedback seriously, and while we are sorry that the membership did not suit your expectations, we do stand by the value we aim to provide to our members.
