I had a problem with payments being charged to my card for a subscription I was unaware I had entered. I dealt with Caoimhe and her team and all was corrected.

Vuelvo a escribir porque me cancelaron mi descargo porque dicen q hay contenido dañino e ilegal. Y eso es mentira, solo cuento lo q me hicieron, en todo caso el daño me lo hicieron a mi q nunca me devolvieron la plata. La primera vez que publique me enviaron un par d mail diciendo q lo iban a solucionar y que saque el comentario y lo hice y como nadie me ayudo ni me devolvieron la plata volví a publicar y como no saque el comentario me denuncia y lo sacan jajajaja. Q chantas que son. Solo puse la verdad! Me cobraron una suscripción que nunca hice y pasaron meses cobrando cuando yo denuncie q ni siquiera sabia quienes eran. Espero q no le pase a mucha gente mas. Porque he leído comentarios hace unos meses q les paso lo mismo, y oh casualidad ya no están

I live in Costa Rica, Central America, I do not know who this company is, they took payments from my credit card, I better cancel my card to avoid more charges, they charged me 2 times in the same day. I never did business with a company based in Cyprus. This is a complete SCAM

J'ai commandé un abattant toilette en ligne avec mon portable.
Thefinecar ont pris mes coordonnées bancaires pour me faire un abonnement: 2 prélèvements 8.36€ + le retrait de mon achat "initial" de 9.99€ que je n'ai jamais reçu.
CELA RESTE UNE GROSSE ARNAQUE...
J'ai contacté le SAV qui m'a arrêté uniquement l'abonnement que je n'ai jamais voulu et souscrit.
Aucun remboursement des 26.71€ prélevé à mon insu. C'est honteux!!!!!!!

Ich habe schon nach der 1. Benachrichtigung widersprochen. leider ist nichts geschehen. Es gab immer wieder "Aufladungen". Nach meiner ersten Erfahrungsmitteilung hier hat die Firma in meinem Sinn reagiert. Sie hat mir jetzt angeboten, mein gesamtes Geld zurückzuzahlen. Daher ändere ich jetzt meine Bewertung und stufe diese Firma deutlich höher ein. Es gab wohl auch Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten zwischen uns.

The agent was great explaining everything about my case and all the time was willing to listen to me and give a possible solution to my case.

I've written to you before to cancel this subscription. You took money from my account again today. Do something about it and refund my money back.

Porque me ha dado respuesta y se comprometen a reembolsar los cargos a mi tarjeta de crédito por una suscripción que no he hecho.
Espero la devolución de los US$47.02 de 4 cargos, que no me explico el motivo de aquellos, ya que yo no me he suscrito.
Hoy espero el reembolso de esos cargo.
