Clean and tidy flat. Easy to find and access because of the instructions. No issues during the stay.

Update: after the stay I was told that I would receive my security deposit within 10 working days which has not happened. It is a nightmare trying to chase this down

Bonjour, nous avons passer un super séjour. Logement très propres bien agencés neuf et design résidence calme moderne et propre. Le quartier est à la fois calme et vivant. Avec plusieurs avis négatifs nous avions eu l’appréhension pour le Check in de se retrouver à la porte car nous arrivions dans la nuit avec un bébé en bas âge. Franchement tout à était carrer et hyper facile de trouver le logement de récupérer les clefs et d’y entrer. Super expérience je recommande à 10000%

The flat we rented was very clean, easy access, great location right next to the Emirates Stadium. And it was perfect for staying with a toddler. Ralph was very responsive and helpful. Definitely reccomend!

La estadía fue maravillosa! El departamento es muy cómodo y agradable. Tiene todo lo necesario para garantizar una estadía confortable, y además, está muy bien ubicado: se pueden hacer muchos paseos caminando, o accediendo a distintas líneas de subterráneo que se encuentran a 15 minutos a pie. Ha sido un placer!

Location de vacances au top Djelel et Zizou sont très professionnels. Un accompagnement à distance avant l'arrivée afin de répondre à toutes les questions, une arrivée et un départ simple sans aucune complication que ce soit pour les clé de l'appartement du badge parking ou même du coffre fort sur demande.
L'appartement et juste parfait la literie au top les 2 terrasses avec vu sur la grande mosquée d'un côté et le monuments des MARTYRS de l'autre. Tout équipés dans un secteur sécurisé et calme pour une famille avec enfants. Je reviendrai les yeux fermés car rapport qualité prix difficile de trouvé mieux.

The apartment I stayed in was amazing, so bright and spacious, close to the center where we had coffee shops and supermarkets. Perfect for a short vacation! Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear from the beginning, and the whole experience was just smooth. Highly recommend!

Very simple and carefree check in and out, lovely big room, immaculate facilities, shower was hot and great pressure. Overall amazing price point for such a good package.

As a landlord they’re the worst company to deal with. Rude, Aggressive and the contracts are poorly worded so you will struggle to get your property back from them. They will demand £30k from you!

Do NOT USE THEM

Check in was smooth easy accommodated to us perfectly, the house is put together well and extras were very useful. Would recommend.

I booked this very last minute due to issues with finding a hotel for work purposes. Filled in a brief pre-checkin questionnaire and most of the instructions I needed then followed very quickly. The code for the key box didn't auto send but I emailed the team and had a response within about half an hour so no issues getting in.

The flat was spacious and comfortable and had been fairly recently renovated. Lots of plug sockets etc too. Team got in touch with me during the stay to check all was okay and the security deposit was released nice and quickly from the pending charge on my account on check out.

Would happily stay here again!
