New bedroom floor
The range of products and the technical advise from Edmund were really helpful in choosing a new floor for our bedroom. The service, flexibility and craftsmanship of the fitter Darryl Oxton was excellent. The end result has transformed the room.

Lady who served was exceptionally knowledgeable in every product. She gave us the pros and cons based on our requirements. Made us feel comfortable and no hard sale. She listened to our requirements and showed us products based on this. She is asset to company. Weldone young lady. 5* in all aspects and cannot fault you in anything. Very happy customer.

Happy experience
Top service, from first casual drop-in-for-a-browse at John Lewis to the estimator and fitters. Unsure what to go for - wood, sisal, carpet etc - my many questions were answered thoughtfully over the next few weeks. On colour, texture, material, underlay etc, Sakshi offered just the sort of help and advice you hope for with a big purchase, and she was clearly knowledgeable about interior design. Very happy with the new flooring.

Great Service from Davied in Floor Room, Reading
Davied has been very helpful in helping me choose replacement bedroom carpets for my Shinfield house - his experience as an interior designer is very obvious. Today I was visited for the free measuring service by an extremely personable chap and having narrowed my choice of carpet down to two, look forward to making a decision and placing an order without delay. Credit where credit is due…we met a really helpful young lady end of last week in the Floor room concession in John Lewis. Her name was mea, she was so helpful knowledgeable and went the extra mile for information we wanted. When our renovations have finished we will be back to see her.
