Completely disappointed. I cannot get the two pieces apart any more. Cleaning it is a joke. The freeze part stays frozen only for 2-3 hits.
Don't spend the money.

This is total BS. the concept is ok but this doesn’t cut it. You hack and cough your head off no matter the pull. Save your money. Roll them. $80 I spent on this crap now it just sits in the freezer USELESS!!!!!!

This product does not do what it advertises. DO NOT USE IT IF YOU WANT TO RETURN IT FOR A REFUND AT YOUR COST. THEY DO NOT PAY RETURN SHIPPING. I got a glycerin blunt tip pro with a block to keep it cold. I got it out after several hours in the freezer when it says only needs 30 minutes. I put my blunt in the end and lit up. It was not chilled much and i started coughing worse than i do with a regular blunt. My husband said it clearly is not working. lol. But i laid it in the block to keep it cold and finished my blunt. It was not cold by the time I finished it. I emailed them because you can not get them on the phone and they basically educated me on usage. Then the response was as quoted:

(I did not really research this product thoroughly .)
I have a waterproof box i keep it in the freezer or i am sure eventually it would break.

The only problem I have with the set up is the bowl….. I’m on number three. They keep cracking. I don’t know what kind of glass are made out of, but I don’t think that can handle the heat. I’ve tried to get a hold of him with no success. I tried calling and writing emails.

I have the bubbler ultra and my coil snapped when sliding it into the middle section. I’ve been using it for over a month and know how to assemble it carefully. Customer service asked for pictures. They claimed I dropped it and offered a discount. Idk who their “glass forensics” guy is, but he is awful. I love the bubbler but when the manufacturer makes a poor joint why do I need to pay again? Once you make your purchase, they’ll just try to take more money instead of standing behind their product. Almost bought a recycler bong too. Dodged a bullet there. Don’t buy if you expect support for any product issue. They’ll just say to buy a new one. Fatassglass.com mystery boxes will provide better, unique, glycerine items you can request in the notes.

I purchased the joint bubbler ultimate. Not enough water for it to be a good bubbler. Not enough contact with the glycerin to be a good chiller. Center smoke area os too big meaning most of the smoke doesnt cool down. Dont wait your $. Customer Service offered $20 off if I wanted to buy something else. Not going to spend another $80+ on another device when the one I got failed to deliver on anything it said it could do. Waist of $

No cooler than using ice. Charged me $99 for an e-nail that I found on other sites for half the price. Paid $109 for a mini dab rig, next day it was $79 I notified the company and was told tough luck for me. Expensive waste of money. Actually warm air is easier on the lungs.

There is nothing extra strong or good about this pipe. It stays frozen for about half an hour. Plus, the "extra strong glass" is an extra strong lie. I was washing the stupid thing, and it slipped about a half an inch out of my hand and lightly tapped the edge of the sink. I've hit my sink ten times harder with cheap glass and it didn't break. But this junk broke in a snap. They're extremely expensive and hyped as this wonderful, tough glass piece. It's cheap, it's cheap glass, and I wish I'd never heard of these people or their crap company. I'm making sure to post about them EVERYWHERE so no one makes the mistake I did and trusts these scammers.

Would give 5 stars on the freeze pipe spiral but the bowl piece sits so loose. Exchanging with a group of high af friends is somewhat challenging when the damn thing is falling out easily. Especially in the dark.

When I first got my order I put it together and both of the clips broke they are made from a plastic to hold the pieces together after inspection I also found a small hair line crack on the second bubbler I responded with a text explaining what happened and I just wanted to get a clip and a replacement for the one that was cracked they wanted a picture of it so I sent them a picture I thought at this point they would take care of the issue
Weeks had went by and not a word back but by then I ordered a new clip and boul r
That was broken so I had one but I was still waiting for them to come back to me but nothing
But bye now I ordered another product from them but to be delivered to different place
Well they charge me twice for that
They said they would have somebody call me on Wednesday to help me resolve this at 11 well I was waiting on the phone to ring nothing
I got a text about 5pm and said I missed the call not a single time did anyone explain what time zone I was supposed to be waiting in
Also I put the wrong delivery address on the form when I bought the dna I couldn’t get it fixed on line so I called and actually got a hold of a real person but he didn’t even try to understand what I was asking him to do he got the mailing address right but the city and state was wrong
I’ve also have been charged 5 times on my card and I have only received one thing
I would like to know what all I have been charged for and wer is it and why can’t anybody help me get this resolved
Pipe is nice but it’s not worth the hassle of buying

I'm not loving my new pipe; the draw is very rough. I contacted Customer Service and asked to replace with a Beaker Bong because it had a water chamber in addition to the freezer chamber.

Here is what isn't obvious when you purchase, they won't return or refund any water pipe purchase.

I bought a freeze pipe bong with all the bell s and whistles. When it came it was missing the retaining clip. I immediately called and I was promised it would get here. I was very careful and after a week but no clip. I contacted them and they said I had to check out the clip in their online store to get clip. So I did what they recommended. I am still waiting on clip. Then I tried to take the coil off the base and it stuck. My hand slipped the coil dropped and both pieces were destroyed. Meanwhile I contacted them and the offered me 20 percent discount. Folks I paid close to $300 for this pipe and accessories. It is a great device but has issues with the coil sticking to base causing damage to it.

The pipe I was sent fell apart prior to first use. Requested customer service to make it right they offered a 25 percent discount. This is not a company that can be trusted. Worst 100 spent.

Just received my freeze pipe one hitter..What a disappointment. I put it in the freezer for an hour and the hit was still hot and I coughed immediately..I don't know if it doesn't have enough glycerin in it..I want to order the recycler bong pro but now I'm skeptical.

Bought the spiral freeze pipe in July 2025. Left in freezer for about 2 weeks in Jan. 2026. Went to use and it was cracked and, of course, unusable.

Contacted AQ at The Freeze Pipe who responded promptly, but after sending pics, only offered a 30% discount on a replacement, which is unacceptable for a $60+ product that broke for no reason other than poor quality.

Go to hell .. Everything I've gotten from you either does not fit right Or has broken and I'm referring to the hammer the bubbler. I will not buy from you again and will tell people not to as well.

When I received my first Freeze Pipe product — the Bubbler Pro — my initial reaction was that it was the greatest pipe I had ever owned. Unfortunately, it broke within a week. It wasn’t dropped or used incorrectly; it cracked simply from inserting the frozen mouthpiece into the hammer-style base.

I contacted customer service expecting a reasonable solution, but all they offered was 25% off a replacement. For a product that failed under normal use, that response was disappointing. I declined the offer because it didn’t feel like they were willing to make the situation right.

Against my better judgment, I still ordered one of the most expensive pieces on their site — the Hookah Bong — and I’m currently waiting for it to arrive. I normally vape my flower using a Venty with a water pipe adapter, and I’ve been able to use the Freeze Pipe mouthpiece alone, but the experience isn’t the same.

So yes… shame on Freeze Pipe for the lack of support, and shame on me for giving them another chance. Save your money — the Bubbler Pro was not a good purchase, and the whole situation has left me disappointed and a little more broke.

I own 4 freeze pipe products. I really liked them. My revolver cracked with no blunt trauma, no drops, no catalyst to create a clean break with zero shards or debris. Lead me to belive it was a temperature differential. I did nothing to facilitate this clean break. Sent an email to the company and customer service was very prompt to respond and very courteous. However, they informed me there are no warranties because they are glass. I'm a little taken back by the quality that was advertised as opposed to the quality that I have. I sent photos and as much evidence as I could predicting that I would not get any replacement. I just wanted to enlighten them moving forward for their quality controls.
If my episode wasn't just a random act of nature. I was literally sitting there ready to use it.And I heard the bowl rattle and low and behold There was a clean surgical cut break in the bowl assembly.
Obviously not blunt trauma or abuse.
They offered a twenty percent discount on another product. Honestly, I've lost my trust and faith in this product. If this was something that I did, I would own it.I'm not the type of person to seek something for nothing or retribution or complain. But I'm also older on a fixed income And I don't want to take a risk on another albatross. I could be the one rare instance,But I thought it was important to share in case this is a reoccurring issue.
Too exspensive to risk another act of God breakage! This pipe was frozen and was sitting on a desk.And as it thawed, it was about to be used again.And that's when the surgical brake/ cut was noticed. It had to be temperature differential, no other catalyst was involved.

After wanting a freeze pipe for a long time, my wife finally bought me one because I read the reviews saying it was very sturdy. Well about the fourth use. It rolled off about a 19 inch table onto a carpet that was on Pavers so there was a carpeted cushion before the pavers, and the bowl part broke away from the rest of the pipe of super disappointed contacted freeze pipe, and they offered a discount on the next one their pipes they sell online other companies that guarantee against breakage. These are too expensive for me to risk it again after being told they’re very very strong super disappointed, Mayer beware does you put ice in a bong and deal with it?

ZERO RETURNS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Takes waaay longer than on hour to freeze and doesn’t stay cold an hour. Its good for a couple rips, thats all. If you really want it to work you have to freeze > use > freeze > use over and over. Def not worth the hype. Easier to use ice cubes and pour out water.
