We have used this company for a few years now and in our experience have always received excellent customer care. When the engineer calls to carry out the yearly service on our boiler we feel confident in his knowledge. When we speak to anyone on the phone they are always polite and will do their best to help.

Was was polite, informative and managed to find a broken seal within the boiler itself.

He put on shoe covers so as not to accidentally dirty the kitchen floor. He also rang after he left to apologise for forgetting to throw away a tissue that was used to clean the filter. Boiler is now 12 years old and still working well thanks to this company. Thank you!

These guys are the best heating company I have dealt with. From the first call to arrange a boiler service and then providing honest advice about a boiler at a rental property saved me thousands on replacing the boiler which another company said needed replacing.
