The Good heating company have been very helpful and quick to respond to our queries and questions. We had a very troublesome underfloor heating system and boiler which they have replaced and we are back to work in record time. Doing what any reputable company should do! Good efficient on time service of boiler at a competitive price.but do we really need bombarding with emails after every purchase/service etc?

Recently had my boiler serviced for winter. Managed to get a good time avoiding my work schedule.
Frank came to do this and helpfully texted first just to check timing etc.
He was very professional and explained the things he was checking. He was extremely respectful whilst in the house and very focused on the job.
This is a very friendly and consistent company and I would recommend them to potential customers.
As customer service for many businesses has deteriorated, it is refreshing to deal with a company that offers an excellent service.
