Great service. Needed a certificate to show I'm fit to enter a cycling event. A quick look at Strava would probably prove that but apparently that's not good enough. Anyway - this is an efficient and cost effective way of getting the certificate.

Excellent service - ordered my certificate on Sunday evening and received it by email Monday afternoon. Fast and professional service.

Unfortunately, as others have found, my NHS family doctors were unable to certify that I had no contraindications to participate in cycling competitions. I do understand.

Fortunately, the GP Clinic provides an online service based around a carefully designed medical history, sporting history, and performance history questionnaire, which includes specific questions designed to elicit key symptoms and other issues that would trigger more detailed assessment and investigation.

A certificate signed by Dr Shah was sent back to me the same day. Cross-checking Dr Shah’s GMC number on the signed certificate with that on the GP-register on the GMC website confirmed that Dr Shah is a registered GP.

All told, a most impressive service. Thank you.

Needed a medical form signed for a sportive abroad. Messaged first to check and quick response. Filled in the form and received the certificate the next day. Very easy!

The letter can’t be used as my workplace won’t accept it. Asked for money back- they refused. Very disappointed for the price I paid.

After being left in the lurch by my NHS GP, Dr. Shah (part of the GP Clinic) sorted my medical certificate (to participate in sports) quickly and efficiently. I felt more secure using this service as a medical and training history was actually considered. Slightly more pricier than other online, private services but I would still use this service again!

I’m riding in a sportive in France this summer which requires a medical certificate, quite a common request in my experience. My GP was unwilling to provide, I guess they’re very busy dealing with actual ailments rather than supporting my sporting goals, entirely fair.

This is great service. I answered a comprehensive questionnaire online and received a response within a few hours, not only with the specific certificate I’d been asked to provide but also a more generic one which could easily be used for other events.

I requested a sports certificate as I was running the Paris marathon. Initially I had approached my GP and was told this takes a few weeks to get.

I have ran a few marathons now and always need to get a sports certificate to prove I am feeling well to attend, the GP clinic by far has been the easiest process that I have used to obtain a sports certificate.

I found the GP clinic online logged my details in, it was easy process for the payment and after a phone call screening I received my certificate just under 24hrs.

I would highly recommend the service on the website. Really quick to enter the details, easy payment method and received attachment as well as confirmation via email quickly.

I’m really happy though, able to obtain my sports in time otherwise I would’ve lost out on attending the marathon. Really grateful for the quick turnaround.

Needed a medical certificate for Paris marathon and found that GP Clinic was far cheaper than other options and much more convenient with it being an online service. The email from the GP contained a thoughtful message about the upcoming race and the certificate was signed and ready to go within 24 hours of me submitting the request.

Very prompt service & simple online form ~ was just what I needed ahead of a marathon where my GP couldn’t sign as they won’t do it
Highly recommend

I am an experienced runner, in good health, the form is very straight forward and there was a fast turnaround - I appreciated being able to upload the template the Paris Marathon needed.

I had been quoted from £400 to almost £1000 by other companies who only revealed the need for ECG, Cholesterol, Spirometry, Liver function and other expensive tests in their private clinics after I had paid for the letter.

Needed a medical certificate for the Blaye marathon. Fast turnaround and very cost effective (cheaper than my GP)
