Your quick responses to my emails were much appreciated and all was resolved!

Groovd Communication is and was excellent, postcode error meant Evri are at the moment unable to deliver, but Groovd have been brilliant in replying to me.

Unfortunately Evri, not so much. App chat is an AI bot, phone support again automated doesn’t even recognise their own Tracking Number.

This is ongoing will amend this if things change.

Update: Groovd absolutely on the ball could not be better service. Still in contact and happy to help if delivery fails.

Jenny from customer service, was attentive, helpful and I felt as though she genuinely wanted to find the best solution for me. I am extremely happy with the help I received from Jenny and I’m excited to receive these bundles. 🤩

I thought my parcel had not arrived and sent an email and received a reply within ten minutes. The parcel had in fact been delivered. Now looking forward to giving it to my granddaughter on her birthday

Ordered one item in error and emailed for it to be removed from order before shipping. Replied promply would do this and also processed the refund same day. Refreshingly impressed with customer service!

I sent an email with an I enquiry about my order and the guys at thegroovd got back to me immediately and sorted things out for me

My order was originally delivered to the wrong address out of state, I notified customer service and was sent a new order to my correct address. I received my order and am extremely satisfied. Can hardly wait to have my granddaughter start learning how to write her letters and numbers. She's only 2 now but I am getting prepared
