Very efficient and helpful

Very efficient and helpful. I was concerned when I didn't get my confirmation and I contacted the customer services. They responded immediately and traced my order and sent me the confirmation. I look forward to receiving the product.

Shaky start with difficulty ordering

Shaky start with difficulty ordering , but right away the team approached and put my mind at rest enough for me to try to order again , was successful and I am so glad I did , will be watching with interest and excitement to see what groovd.com have in store for us going forward , roll on xmas .

Highly professional company.

The communication with this company is outstanding. Sadly, I had to cancel my order due to financial restraints but Groovd was so professional and understanding and processed my refund immediately. I will certainly buy from them again when I am able.
