They approved a policy then got an email from Frank the senior director telling his team not to approve because they no longer cover deposit over 1 months rent. But what’s the point of them charging client 1 months rent as deposit if client will need to pay for any damages on top of the already fee. Might as well charge client the normal deposit then

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you sharing this feedback.

To clarify, we do still offer more than one month of total protection through our Lease Guarantee product, which includes both Rent Coverage and Deposit Coverage. The Deposit Coverage portion is capped at 1 month’s rent, which aligns with standard security deposit practices, while Rent Coverage can extend beyond that.

Deposit Coverage is intended to replace a traditional cash deposit with a smaller, non-refundable premium. Renters remain responsible for any move-out costs, just as they would with a standard deposit, while the coverage ensures landlords are protected up to the agreed amount.

We understand this structure may not meet every need, especially when higher deposit-specific coverage is preferred, and we’re always happy to work together within these guidelines.

They Made It Possible

The Guarantors really came through for me. I didn’t meet the standard qualifications for my apartment, but they stepped in and made a way for me to still get approved. The process was smooth, clear, and professional from start to finish.

Because of them, I’m now settled in my new home, and I truly appreciate the support. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs that extra help getting approved.

Supportive Husband 4 rent

This would actually mark my 16th application denial in 6 months if it wasn't for theGuarantors. I'm so thankful that this company was even invented... pure genius. I was approved in a matter of minutes and I also scored some low price renters insurance via a 3rd party per the websites referral. Thanks for being the supportive husband that I needed to get my family approved for my new home.
