They handled the claim with absolute professionalism and were always quick to respond to e mails and calls. They handled the eviction with little input on my part and all went very smoothly. If youâre looking to protect yourself as a landlord against loss of rent I would highly recommend you use rent guarantor.

Non-transparent fees
If you're a tenant, ignore the 5-star reviews from landlords in the revenue-share program. Instead, imagine an amateur mom-and-pop shop drafted your contract and a loan shark handled customer relations. That's the RentGuarantor experience.
All I wanted was a straightforward service: tell me what it costs, explain the terms, let me pay for it.
It took two weeks, many emails, and many calls to get a clear answer on how much the fees are and how much they can change. In the end, they only gave us all the details in writing after we'd already paid for the first year and signed the agreement.
The people I dealt with were always kind, but they seemed to be working under instructions to dodge questions, ignore the ones they couldn't dodge, and blame lost emails for the rest. My issue isn't with them, but with whoever decided that's how a business should operate.

Fees may increase in subsequent years if there is an increase in rent, if there is no increase in rent to be paid then there is no increase in fee. Our guarantee agreement details that we allow for a 10% uplift in rent which could impact price and are therefore unable to guarantee fixed renewal pricing, as future rental values are unknown.
