Waited 3 months for a package and on the 3 month mark all they were willing to do is give me a refund

Ordered a hat from the hat company which promptly arrived tracked via Royal Mail but unfortunately the size I ordered was a little too large so living locally instead of posting to return it we took it back to the warehouse where we were met by a lovely lady who instead of just accepting the return,she went into the warehouse and brought out all the sizes and made sure that I got the correct size

I ordered a short brim Trilby hat from them. After looking online there were not many resellers selling this item, so decided to go for one I found here. I ordered on Monday, didn't pay for next day delivery, but still received it the next day. The hat came in a spacious box to prevent creasing. Very happy with my purchase and would gladly buy again from them.

If you want amazing helpful customer service then this is the place to go! I ordered a hat as a gift, then after it arrived decided I’d ordered the wrong size. Lorna was super helpful and I then ordered the bigger size. Which typically turned out to be too big so the smaller size was reordered again.
Free delivery was good and fast, I had to pay for returns but with the discount code I’d used in the first place I didn’t actually lose out so I am very happy with everything.

Ordered a stetson cap. Easy ordering process, good price, a great bonus is free shipping and fast delivery (ordered Saturday and delivered Tuesday). Recommended

Poor service, average quality, very expensive.

The Hat company were the only supplier I could find that stocked the hat I wanted in the right size. The price was competitive and free p&p.
Delivery was very quick. Unfortunately the hat was a bit too small and not quite the right colour so had to be returned. 4* is because you have to pay for returns unless the item is faulty. However, the company will provide a returns label and it didn't cost much - my refund was in the bank 2 days after I returned the item.
